Bits And Pieces
2007-07-30 18:50:00 I want to tie a few loose ends together on a variety of issues, beginning with one of my favorite video moments. It’s Fred Thompson’s reply to Michael Moore. The details aren’t important but this sort of moxie is why I’m beginning to like Fred very, very much. Congratulations to Congressman Pete King [R-NY] for being one of the few politicians who puts our national security first. His “John Doe” legislation, protecting concerned citizens from frivolous law suits by would-be evil doers, has triumphed despite vigorous Democrat efforts to support the enemies of our country. Hey, Pelosi, Reid, Murtha, Kennedy, Clinton, Obama and the rest of those anti-American Democrats, as well as the RINOs also conspiring against this nation…tell this guy he’s wasting his time and not doing any good. Somehow, I don’t think he’d even hear you. He’s too busy doing his job. Why aren’t you? I find it interesting to read that N... More About: Piece , Pieces , Bits
Democrat Debacle
2007-07-26 08:42:00 I hope a lot of Americans were watching The Democrat Circus the other night because it paraded before the nation all the reasons rational beings, whose I.Q. is larger than their shoe size, shouldn’t consider voting for any of these jokers. In case you missed it, the alleged ‘debate’ process finally lost its last ounce of ...
Bloodthirsty QB
2007-07-23 16:30:00 Michael Vick is a highly paid quarterback with the Atlanta Falcons. He’s not much of a quarterback but, rather, a media creation. Now, he has proven that he’s not much of a human being, either. If you haven’t yet read about the atrocities he has allegedly committed I won’t enumerate them here; I don’t ... More About: Thirst

The Fat Lady Is In Good Voice
2007-07-21 16:45:00 The Democrats are like a bunch of fat ladies in a bakery. They have so many delights they can use to support the terrorists and sabotage our freedom, that they rush from one mouth watering sweet to another in a delicious frenzy of confusion. What shall they choose first? Ah-h-h, stamp ... More About: War On Terror , Voice , Lady , Good , VOIC

P.T. Barnum Would Have Been Proud
2007-07-20 02:49:00 Al-Qaeda West had a pajama party Tuesday dubbed by the Democrats as an historic all-night session. Personally, I don’t see the big deal. Born Too Late
2007-07-17 00:06:00 I read an article the other day which began with a guy reminiscing about “the good old days”. War On Terror Quiz
2007-07-13 07:56:00 There has been an ongoing debate about the Global War On Terror , including whether or not it actually exists, even after the devastation of 9/11. Many people I’ve spoken with seem genuinely confused. Therefore, I thought a pop quiz might be just the thing to check your grasp of real world circumstances and ... More About: Quiz

American Graffiti
2007-07-05 04:02:00 I’ve come to realize I take a lot for granted. I don’t just mean the incredible country we live in, the abundant freedom it offers or the limitless opportunity it provides. We all take our liberty and way of life as a given much of the time. It is, at once, both blessing and curse to be so automatic. Most of us are fortunate enough to never have known anything less. Even our worst of times in America have been more prosperous than the best of times in many other parts of our big, blue marble. What I am referring to is the average person’s American ignorance; their complete lack of basic information about their own country. Haven’t they taught our kids anything in school or are we raising multiple generations of mental door knobs, who can’t retain anything except whether Paris Hilton is in or out of jail and the name of the latest American Idol winner? Are the ultra-liberal professors ensconced in, so called, institutions of higher learning dummin... More About: Graffiti

Changing Faces
2007-07-01 16:35:00 It wasn’t long ago when you’d walk into a place called Smitty’s and the guy behind the counter was 6′-3″, weighed 240, had a ruddy complexion from the sun, wore an old gray tee-shirt and a red bandanna. Now Smitty is about 5 foot nothing, weighs 100 pounds if he gets caught in the rain, has a ruddy complexion from genetics, wears an old gray tee-shirt and a white turban. One of the more irritating techniques used to lobby for the recently-defeated amnesty bill was the constant reference to those against it as being against immigration. The media, and most of the liberal politicians, intentionally left out the key word…“illegal”. They even went so far as to accuse those who vigorously opposed the bill of being “bigots”. One look at my three mocha-shaded grandchildren and my son’s beautiful fiancee from China makes me wonder how that’s possible. For the vast majority of us, of course, it’s an insult.... Kudos America
2007-06-28 21:41:00 Congratulations to the America n people for stepping up and defeating the immigration amnesty bill. Thank you to our Senators for hearing our voices and, nearly, making us feel represented once again. Bad American
2007-06-28 15:31:00 With Socialist Democrats at the gates in Washington, another destructive immigration bill in the offing and a bloodthirsty enemy plotting our destruction, I often seek a bit of levity wherever I can find it. 2007-06-13 16:55:00 New York is the greatest city in the world. 2007-06-05 20:58:00 Somewhere in the Iraqi desert, a heavily cloaked, hooded figure glides silently across the sand, dropping occasionally to one knee to fire short a burst from his automatic weapon. It isn’t How You Play The Game…
2007-06-03 03:18:00 The good old double standard has flourished in politics for a long time, especially of late with most media fabricating rather than reporting news. However, creation of an alternate set of rules, by both the lynch-mob and self-serving politicians, points us toward a new and dangerous reality. When Sandy Burglar gets a slap on the wrist for stuffing secret national defense documents down his pants, it’s dismissed as “sloppy”. When Congressman William Jefferson, Democrat Louisiana gets caught with $92,000 in marked bills in his freezer, everyone looks the other way. Whether it’s Harry Reid’s crooked land deals, Diane Feinstein’s conflicted favoritism or Chappaquiddick Ted’s career the Senate instead of in a prison laundry, justice seems to be blind only to the facts. Personally, my neck is getting sore from looking the other way and now we’re seeing the same non-standards being applied in the presidential race. Surprise! Rudy becomes... More About: Play , The G
