Hello Everyone!!!! I'm back(for a minute). In the local newspaper around Spring Hill , Florida , we have had yet another situation wherein the local Gestapo abused its authority. A young man was arrested after going out of his house to see why the local sheriff deputies were holding his sister, cousin, and a couple of other teens in the squad car. The deputies manhandled the young man and charged him with a host of frivolous charges. This young man is only 14 years old!!!! We should all be concerned when officers of the law behave in this manner. I will bring more details as they become available.

On Friday, September 21 2001, at approximately 8:30 pm, in Spring Hill , Flor ida , 3 black male teenagers left a house located on Landover Blvd., walking, as the house was just down the street from the local high school, to go to the football game being played there. They had walked about 150 feet when all of a sudden, they saw a local police car speed by them, traveling in the same direction. Suddenly, after speeding past them, the police car made an abrupt 'u' turn and pulled onto the grass easement, with their car facing the teens. The cops got out of their car and started questioning the teens, asking names, availability of id, etc. The problem was that, two of these three teens were constitutional scholars, and took immediate offence at being harassed by the local gestapo agents. The teens asked to leave and were denied that right. The teens asked to call home and were initially denied that right, though ultimately they were allowed to call the home they had just left. Eve...

The Jena 6-Justice or Not?!

There have been many opinions stated concerning the Jena 6 , 6 black teens in Jena, Louisiana accused of beating a white teen on school grounds. My position is that, even though these 6 young men might have jumped on the white teen, the media has failed to talk about several things. 1. What about the black teen that was attacked by several white teens? 2. What about the 2 youths who went into a local store, had a gun pulled on them, then were arrested because they disarmed the assailant and took his gun(they were charged with theft)? 3. What about the fact that in the only trial that was conducted, the jury was all white, the judge was all white, and the da, of course, was white. The defense attorney was white and called no witnesses. 4. What about the 3 nooses in on the tree? Justice must be swift, hard and most of all, fair. Whatever a court would do for one, the court should do for the other...period!!

Forest Park, GA-Are the US & GA constitutions dead there?

In Municipal court in the City of Forest Park , GA, it is the practice of at least one of the Judges there to send people to jail who plead 'not guilty' and request a jury trial. Though this practice is clearly a violation of the affected individual's constitutional rights, it's difficult to get state or federal civil rights divisions involved. St. Pete Times Promotes Racism

The St. Petersburg Time s newspaper in St. Petersburg, Florida has shown that it will support racism by omission. A local athlete was suspended for unsportsman-like conduct, and the paper reported that. Yet, when the same paper was given evidence that the circumstances which produced the action, which resulted in the suspension, were based on the racist attitudes of the referees, the paper ignored those facts and printed nothing. As a result, said athlete has a cloud of uncertainty surrounding him. All newspapers should print the truth, even if part of the truth will offend some of its readers. We are interested in any information regarding related events in the state of Florida.

Texas Customs Agents...What's Up With That?????

Does anyone believe that the 2 Customs Agent s/Officers in Texas got Justice? How can one get convicted and sent to jail for doing one's job??? If I had to make a choice between sending a drug dealer back to his/her own country or arresting two custms agents for doing what they could do to protect our borders being paid low wages, having a horrible work environment, and more, which one would I choose??? Let's see...hmmm...THE CUSTOMS FOLKS!!!!!!!!????? NOT!!!!! SEND THE DEALER TO HIS/HER OWN COUNTRY!! SEND THE DEALER DIRECTLY TO HIS/HER OWN COUNTRY. DO NOT PASS WASHINGTON, D.C. 9/11 Revisited-Our Government Is Continuing to Abuse this Tragedy

Unfortunately our great government, using the office of homeland security, has determined that we should have a national driver's license. This is but one of the many bastardizations employed by our government to gain our co-operation via 9/11 sympathy. The problem is that I am one of the many US citizens who believes that 9/11 was staged. Too many unanswered questions. Too many odd incidents, not the least of which was the collapsing of the towers. We should feel for the families of those who died and were injured in this tragedy, and yes, it is a tragedy, but the biggest tragedy is that our government probably had everything to do with this event. I also believe that driving is a right and not a privilege. The constitution gave us the right to own a horse. The automobile is today's "horse." There is no way we should have to succumb to a national driver's license. We should take a solid stand against the government as it moves one step closer to making Orwell's "Animal F...

Do Americans Really Care????

What is wrong with America n citizens? We allow our elected officials to do what they want to do. We allow the FBI, CIA, NSA, and all those other departments with a lot of letters to invade our privacy, take away our constitutional rights, tell us how to raise our children, and anything else they can get away with!! We need to send a message to Washington, D.C. We need to let our elected officials know that this is still a land where our elected officials are there for us, and that our government is still a government OF THE PEOPLE , FOR THE PEOPLE AND BY THE PEOPLE!!!! How can we do this???? We can do this by electing all new legislators to both aisles in the congress. Let them know that we want proper representation and we will replace them all if we have to.
