In last nights Democratic Presidential Debate, Billary Wutzerface came out as opposed to giving driver's lisences to Illegal Immigrants (Criminal Aliens). Well now..what a surprise...After 58% of Americans have been screaming about Illegal Immigration for years, and 78% of New Yorkers came down as opposed to that particular issue last week...This is not what you would call "LEADERSHIP"...it's more like "Follow the crowd, tell em what they want to hear". By the way...Congress DID NOT vote to continue the funding for our National Guard Troops to stay on the Mexican Border, in spite of the fact that Illegal Crossings are down about 25% because of it. Why wasn't Billary in the midst of that fight...Because she doesn't want to lose the 'Hispanic' vote... You see...it doesn't matter what is right or wrong...what matters is getting elected. The trouble with our represenatives is not that they will vote this way or that on any particular issue...the problem is, they load the Bills do...

NY Gov, Eliott Spitzer's plan to issue Graduated Lisences with different levels of security clearance, has gone down in flames after the people of New York told him where that plan fits nicely. Many did not agree with the idea of giving driver's lisences to Illegal Immigrants, but at least Gov. Spitzer has the courage to make a proposal, and recognize the problem of Illegal Imigration. Senator John McCain is rethinking his whole out look concerning Illegal Immigration, Border Security, and Amnesty Proposals, after seeing every Amnesty proposal crash and burn in the senate. A reporter for N.P.R. says that under Pakistan 's current 'Emergency Rule', Pesident Pervez Musharraf, has removed Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudbry from the bench, and threatened to have him jailed for insulting the Office of the President and using offensive language. Well...Gee Whiz...What did the man say ?? Uh...he called Musharraf a Two-Bit, Tin-Horned, Dictating, Son-of-a-Bitch. Yeah...I guess I can see how that might be considered slightly offensive to some !!! I'd probably lose my job too, if I called my boss that. Yeah...and they just don't get it. After Clinton made such a big deal about meeting the single working mom, that was waiting tables in that Iowa Sandwich shop, while she was working a second job at a nursing home, and wasn't even earning enough to pay the bills, it turns out that, not only did the restaurant feed everybody on Clinton's bus for free...nobody that was on the bus, including Hillary, bothered to leave a tip. These people are sensitive to the needs of working people??? Have you ever worked a restaurant when a bus load of people all come in at the same time???...AND NO TIP???? Gunmen Steal 150lbs of Reefer

Hildago County, Texas, Sheriff's Deputies found the door kicked in and 15 lbs of Marijuna scattered on the floor, after they responded to a call of armed robbery. Jose Guadalupe Flores (35) then entered the house and told the Deputies it was his Reefer. He said he was packing the weed up for shipment when two masked gunmen burst in. Flores fled while the thieves made off with an additional 150lbs of smoke. Flores demanded that something be done. Something was...DUH...Flores was arrested...and turns out...Yep...he is here Illegaly... I guess Flores is just too stupid to get a job, so he has to sell dope. Letter From Senator Elizabeth Dole

I received a letter from Senator Elizabeth Dole (North Carolina) yesterday. The letter concerned Sen. Durbin's "DREAM" Act. [ S.774 Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors ] Senator Dole informs me that the Act is actually an amendment to the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act passed in 1996. As I stated, this Act would grant permanent resident status to unlawful aliens who have been admitted to an institution of higher learning, among other benefits, including federal funding of their education. Although this amendment has been defeated twice on the Senate Floor, as I said, this monster is not dead. It has been referred to the Senate Committee on the Judiciary. It is not clear to me what the Committee is supposed to do with it ( I have some suggestions). Any way, it will be back, and Senator Dole will continue to oppose it. I think they are going to tweak it a little because the majority of the opposition appears to be in the funding aspect ...

You may recall a couple of days ago I reported to you that Eblin Cruz was driving drunk the wrong way on the interstate. Cruz hit a car head-on. New details about Cruz have come to light. As well as having been convicted several times for drunk driving, and not having a valid driver's license, Cruz has also been convicted of "Breaking and Entering" and "Burglary". Here's the kicker...Cruz was ordered to be deported in 2002. Five Freaking Years Ago... As an otherwise law abiding Illegal Immigrant,(only trying to make a better life for himself and deserving of our compassion and generosity) I guess the government did not consider it a priority to see to it that this guy left the country. Herilberto Saenz Guzman and his roommate, Jose Manuel Morales Cisneros,(both 27 years old) were having a grand old time one night last summer. The current farm bill working it's way through the House is H.R.2419. It contains Amendment S.340, called the AgJobs Amendment. This amendment will allow Illegal Immigrants to obtain a "Blue Card" after 150 days of work in Agriculture. Drunk Kills Two-Immigration Status Questioned

Eblin Cruz was driving drunk last night, the wrong way on Interstate 40 in North Carolina. Cruz had already been convicted several times for drunk diving, and had no license. Cruz hit a car head-on and killed a mother and daughter. Cruz is okay. Thank God !! An investigation into Cruz's immigration status is on going....In the mean time, he's in jail... As soon as it is determined just where on this planet Cruz came from, he will be deported.. Too bad no criminal background check was done on Cruz before he got here. Too late now! No word yet on funeral plans...maybe Senators Reid and Durbin can chip in to pay for a couple of coffins.

It seems as though the Senators are under enough pressure, with everybody watching, that Sen. Harry Reid pulled Sen. Charles Durbin's "DREAM" Act from the Military Appropriations Bill. The DREAM Act is an amendment to grant amnesty to illegal immigrants that come to The United States before their 16th birthday, and then grants them in-state tuition if they enroll in a Community, or other college, grants them federal financial aid, and allows them to petition U.S.C.I.S. for a Visa for their parents. ( It's a 'Sneak it in the back door' amnesty proposal, in the guise of an education bill--- What other 16 year old kid is permitted to petition U.S.C.I.S. for a Visa for anybody ??- No American Kid, that's for sure..) In New York City, 31 public and private schools are going to offer an incentive to Hispanic and African American students to graduate from high school. Those kids will be given, depending on how well they do, $500 to $1000 , to take the P.S.A.T. and, or, some college entrance exams......... UH !! Americans, by a large number, believe that Illegal Immigrants are taking our jobs, and forcing down our wages. But...is there any proof of that? I mentioned on this blog, more than once, The Smithfield Meat Packing Operation in Rural Eastern North Carolina.( Tar Heel, NC ) Smithfield originally built that facility because there was a large labor force there. Many of the textile plants in that area had closed and the tobacco processing operations were being phased out. An Immigration Customs Enforcement raid on the Smithfield plant last November netted 21 Illegals . A subsequent investigation, with Smithfield's co-operation, turned up an additional 28 Illegals. Smithfield contended at that time, that all of the rest of it's 5,200 employees, although Hispanic, were legal. Okay...if they say so...however; since that time, 1,100 Hispanic employees have left Smithfield for parts and jobs unknown. A worker at the plant said that many have returned to Mexico because they feared arrest and...
