Technorati Profil e I posted the above link all by itself to activate my Technorati Profile then Maggie made me laugh - "asking if I didn't feel very talkative" - LOL. Maggie since you asked :=) I was tyring to set up a technorati profile for my AR blog - I already did my outside blog. (www.technorati.com)Anyway - I saw Chris Tesch did it - but it went to her profile and I'm trying to "claim" this blog - Does anyone know if it's possible to claim an Active Rain blog?  I was reading Elaine Reese's post Agent s ... are you paying attention to what your buyers want? tonight and it raised a question for me. When you show buyers properties and then the seller and the selling agent want feedback - Do you give better feedback via email or via the phone call. For me, I appreciate the email feedback request because I can do it when I have time and usually can give much better feedback. The worst is when agents flood my voicemail with requests on a day when I've been out of the office all day showing say 10 properties and my clients have a hard time leaving a message because agents are calling to ask what you thought - usually before I've even dropped the buyer off.  So I'm curious - by email or phone - When working with buyers what's your preference?

"Sand Key FL Real Estate is unique since it is a small waterfront community in Clearwater Florida. It has one 2 lane road that is a little over a mile long.
