During this same time period 43 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $207,962 with an average of 86 days on the market. There were 50 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $200,504 and 136 days on the market.

There were 44 closings, with an average price of $209,487 and market time of 117 days.
