2007-06-13 16:06:00 So I posted my condo on Zillow .com. Was very easy and free. They do ask for a credit card but for obvious purposes…they don’t want anyone just posting other peoples properties. Very clever move by Zillow…what they really want is the property info…owner name, photos, etc… by making it free they get all that good ... More About: Sale , Owner

2007-06-13 15:57:00 I refuse to lose money with this thing. I’ll keep it till the market changes….whenever that is. If I can sell it now great. The problem is I bought it $355k and dropped $70k on it. The market value is probably $320k but that doesn’t mean I lose $35k…it means I lose at LEAST $55k ... More About: Condo , Rules , Rule
