Best Year Ever for Toronto Real Estate ,  well according to the Toronto Real Estate  Board.  They recently released there December Statistics for the Toronto MLS and since there have been records set all year long this wasn't really a suprise.  Of couse this blog isn't really about all of Toronto, but just East York and area's close by. The Toronto Real Estate Board has released there annual statistics for 2007 and have declared 2007 the best year ever for Toronto Real Estate .  This should come as no suprise since every month there seemed to be some sort of Real Estate record set.  Of couse this blog isn't really about all of Toronto, but just East York and area's close by.
