Using YouTube video tours to showcase a property is not only all the rage right now for many reasons, but the platform just makes sense.  Videos done right do work for showing off a home’s selling points and drumming up interest in the property.  Here are a few examples of real estate YouTube videos done right (and one done wrong too)… Here’s a perfect example of a YouTube promotional video for a property that’s just done with class.  Nothing over the top – nothing too flashy.  I like the fact that it’s a bit folksy and doesn’t feel like an infomercial or really even a sales pitch.  The production quality is excellent too.
