June?s Rates Of Foreclosure Homes Breaks Record

Although real estate experts expected the foreclosures rate to soar for the first half of the year, they were not prepared for the number of foreclosure filings recorded. An 86 percent increase was observed overall compared to last 2006. States that were hit hard were the same ones who have been leading the list of highest foreclosures rate for the past six months. They include the states of Nevada, Colorado, California and Michigan, all of which have thousands of foreclosure homes for sale in the market.
