It is sad how long it has taken President Bush to react towards the real estate and mortgage industries’ issues. So many foreclosures have occurred, so many lenders are “belly-up”, so many people are unemployed, and nothing has been done until now? One thing for sure, if many “Haves” were losing their money during this financial disaster (like during Enron and Worldcomm) he would have had his face plastered all over the news.
