National developers v/s Local builders

Indore got flooded with national level developers in last 3 year with projects from DLF, SAHARA, Parshvnath & Countywalk. Today these projects find it difficult to sell and has backed out of there expansion plan. In the mean time local builders who are more flexible and can customize as per requirement and location have flourished. In past 6 months, demand for residencial house has increased which is a bigger advantage for local developers.
