Short Sale Transactions: Win-Win with The Short Sale!
2007-06-29 23:09:00
Win-Win with The Short Sale ! I hate to see people lose their homes. These days it is happening too often as many folks are unable to keep up with mortgage payments for many reasons. Sometimes a home goes to foreclosure because of divorce, or illness in the family, or because someone loses their job. Today, most ...

Buying a second home in the United States as a Canadian
2007-06-15 15:38:00
While Canadians in the United States do not seem to generate as much attention as the neighbors to the south, American mortgage lenders have certainly not forgotten about the folks from the Great White North. There are quite a few US lenders who offer financing for Canadian nationals even without any previous American credit. Overall the ...

Minor add-on found on REALTOR.com®
2007-06-12 07:11:00
Last Friday, the back-end for REALTOR.com® was scheduled to be down for 2 days and ended up being back on-line much faster than scheduled. No major changes have taken place and my apologies for getting a little bit too excited about it. However, there was one little enhancement I found. Well, it is not one of the  many proclaimed major features and enhancements, but the consumer visiting the site can now differentiate between older listings and listings which came online within the last week. Now you will find “New this week!” in green letters in every listings created within the last 7 days.  Nothing revolutinary, yet this is a clear indication that REALTOR.com® is recognizing the need and wants of the internet user and continues to make changes for the better. This one was a very small change in comparison what is promised coming down the line the months to follow. Share This
