Hey EveryoneWell finally after almost 2 months on the Columbus market. My property at 4218 Murrelle Street has finally been sold. I actually closed on it about two weeks ago, but been slow with the update. When I say sold I don?t mean an outright sale. It has been sold on my custom lease option program. I just use the word ?sold? as a simple way to let people know it is no longer available. I mentioned that because a few people have asked me that question. I was a little surprised it took almost 2 months to find a tenant buyer. It?s funny because two months is not a long time down here in Columbus, Ga. I am just used to most of my properties moving in about a week or 2 weeks time.
