2007-04-20 07:30:00 Hey Everyone For those of you who don?t know who Case y Serin is or why I am writing about him then please read the following post which is located here. As some of you may know I decided to write about Casey Serin and his story awhile back. Since then I have just been reading each post to see how his foreclosure situation and life progressed. Then, once the USA Today article came out his site really began to take off. I have to admit that reading the Casey Serin?s blog is sort of a guilty pleasure for me. It?s just like watching the evening news. You know we?re not going to see anything positive, but we still sit in front of the TV and watch to learn about the latest crime, robbery or murder. Understanding your exit strategy
2007-04-19 08:11:00 Hey Everyone As a Real Estate Investor I always have to have an exit strategy for each and every deal I do. A great piece of real estate isn?t worth anything if you can?t sell it or rent it out. Sometimes I think that this little piece of information just isn?t given the respect it deserves. Everyone talks about the buying, but only a very few actually discuss the art of the exit strategy. As an Investor it is key to know what you are going to do with the property before you get to that point. When you first go to inspect a property, you need to know what you are going to do with it. Many investors tend to have what I call ?lets see what works first? vision. They know all about the different exit strategies and don?t have a specific one they use. Many beginners tend to think ?Heck I don?t care how it sells, let?s just get it sold one way or another?. This is where many beginners and many experienced investors fail. These investors are not investing at all. They are ?hoping?... More About: Strategy , Exit Strategy , Your , Trat

Is Real Estate Investing a job or company for you?
2007-04-14 06:37:00 Hey Everyone I ran across an article the other day on a blog I visit called The Real Estate Investing Brain which I found very interesting. In the beginning many real estate investors think that investing will bring them one step closer to quitting their jobs. In reality the uneducated investors only ends up creating another job for themselves and never truly finds personal freedom. This article touches on this subject and also provides some insights on how to avoid this happening to you. So? think about it? do you own a company or a job? A new program to help bloggers earn a little extra passive income
2007-04-13 18:30:00 Hey Everyone I know this blog is mainly about real estate investing and reviews, but I also like to create multiple streams of passive income for myself while I sleep? as I?m sure many of my fellow bloggers do. Well I was surfing the web earlier and visited The Real Estate Investing Brain which is a blog I visit from time to time. It was on this blog that I found out about Agloco and checked into it as a possible new income program. So as the owner of this blog I am taking a break from the normal to talk about this program. The main reason I am talking about this program is that many bloggers have shared with me different ways to make passive income off of a blog. So I am just returning the favor to others. With the permission of Trevor over at The Real Estate Investing Brain. He has allowed me to pretty much copy and paste the information about the program onto my blog. I just wanted everyone to know so there isn't any confusing. The way I see it is that you?re on the net righ... More About: Blogger , Passive Income , Blog , Earn , Income

Lenders helping homeowners to avoid foreclosure
2007-04-06 17:25:00 Hey EveryoneI was surfing the Internet this morning as I usually do when I ran across an interesting article located on the MSNBC website. After reading the article it inspired me to write this post. As many people have been hearing on the news lately there has been a lot of talk on the rising foreclosures and sub-prime loans. Many lenders are coming under fire for providing these loans to credit challenged buyers. Many groups are claiming that Lenders have been irresponsible in providing these loans. I read this article and thought to myself could this be the beginning of change within in this industry or is it just another method of damage control by certain lenders. We rarely hear about lenders that actually try to help people avoid foreclosures. There are some lenders that do provide the borrower help in avoiding foreclosure. Still many of the lenders just sit back and watch it happen. If you take the time to think about this action, it just doesn?t make much sense. Lenders make ... More About: Home , Foreclosure , Owner , Closure , Meow

4218 Murrelle Street has been sold
More articles from this author:2007-03-29 04:11:00 Hey EveryoneWell finally after almost 2 months on the Columbus market. My property at 4218 Murrelle Street has finally been sold. I actually closed on it about two weeks ago, but been slow with the update. When I say sold I don?t mean an outright sale. It has been sold on my custom lease option program. I just use the word ?sold? as a simple way to let people know it is no longer available. I mentioned that because a few people have asked me that question. I was a little surprised it took almost 2 months to find a tenant buyer. It?s funny because two months is not a long time down here in Columbus, Ga. I am just used to most of my properties moving in about a week or 2 weeks time. So I guess you can say I have become a bit greedy in that department. The closing almost didn?t go through for Murrelle Street thought. I had met with the possible tenants a few times to talk thinks out and talked to them on the phone. They had been to my website 2ndchancehouses and understood my program. E...
