Lake Tahoe is a Great Place for a Family Reunion - Especially if You Live Here. It doesn’t get much better than this. That’s my son and his son at the top of Heavenly Mountain. Aaron is 15 months old, Chuck a bit more seasoned than that. Here Aaron is out on a walk. A sky walk.  Looking back on crawling, it was pedestrian, for 3 months, Aaron is a big guy now. We Got Lake Tahoe Size Icicles? and We Will Have Snow Flowers.

Lake Tahoe Has More Snow than we’ve Had in Some Time. We thought you might appreciate seeing one of the byproducts of our winter snow season. Yes, we’re talking icicles. And we’ve got a lot of them. Here is one about 20+ feet long behind our house, and the one on the other side is a lot longer. Every year we hope we’ll get one that reaches the ground from our roof, about 35 feet down, but it hasn’t happened yet.
