The International Luxury Home Market Report looked at 38,380 homes on the market this week to determine what is happening nationally in the luxury real estate market.  It appears that the buyer's market is in full swing in this market segment.  Average days on market is 150 with median price per square foot about $300.00. Some googleicious folks over at Google via Google Documents created holiday art using cells in a spreadsheet as the pixels. A creative video was taken and is available over at YouTube and the results are like the old etch a skech . More info on how to create the canvas is available behind the scenes. They're inviting people to share their own spreadsheet art to YouTube. Let's see what creative people do with pixels. We took a quick Briarwood Mall shopping escape.  But I know I don't have the time to break from selling Ann Arbor Real Estate to create these spreadhseets myself, but I will check back in to see what develops, wont' you?

I am so exhausted from the news negativity!  Walk on the positive side with me and my friend Jay Kinder.Read on and tell me what you think: Once upon a time there was a bunch of tiny frogs....who arranged a running competition. The goal was to reach the top of a very high tower.A big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer on the contestants.... The race began.... Honestly, no one in the crowd really believed that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower. You heard statements such as:     'Oh, WAY too difficult!!'     'They will NEVER make it to the top.'  or    'Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!' The tiny frogs began collapsing. One by one.... Except for those, who in a fresh tempo, were climbing higher and higher. The crowd continued to yell, 'It is too difficult!!! No one will makeit!'More tiny frogs got tired and gave up.... But ONE continued higher and high...

Going Back to the Dexter Cider Mill Dexter, Michigan 48130

Yes if you can believe it, we went back to the Dexter Cider Mill this weekend.   You guessed it, for some fall wine tasting and this is what some patrons said about some choice wines they selected in video below.   The Dexter Cider Mill will be closing soon so be sure to check the Dexter Cider Mill site for dates and times. It is located at 3685 Central Street, Dexter, MI 48130, just a bike ride away from Loch Alpine subdivision.  Of course we could not leave without a couple bags of fat pills – ‘er’ I mean doughnuts.  We would have gone to Warrior Park to munch on our treats by the Huron River, but it was closed for Bridge construction, so home we went and sat on the dock.  I love this time of year in Ann Arbor, Michigan !  Taking a break from selling Ann Arbor real estate makes me grateful for the precious time and great Dexter community we have.   Related Links - Visit some of my other favorite places Visit Zingermans | Click here        Â...

 MMM. How sweet it is.  Just waddle on over to 116 East Liberty.  We got all sorts of treats to sample. Haunted Houses in Ann Arbor?

Our area in Michigan has one of the highest foreclosure rates.  I thought some of you might appreciate this joke below.  I am certain of our future here in Washtenaw County.  We are better off than other areas of our state.  Our employment rate is better, our foreclosure rate is better and our prognosis is good.  The Ann Arbor real estate market is coming close to the bottom.  The only problem with the bottom is knowing when it hits.  Usually it becomes evident when it has turned around and you miss the very bottom.  The interest rates are still fantastic.  There are some investment properties that are huge deals.  See some of these duplexes in Chelsea, MI for example  Stop by our ANN ARBOR HOME BUYER SEMINAR on Oct 28th to invest in some great deals. Meechigan Football Party 2008 German Park Ann Arbor, Michigan, Well Attended with videos We loved stomping around the Meechigan Party at German Park at 5549 Pontiac Trail near Dixboro and North Territorial with our old friends and football fans. There was a dance band - hotdogs, see youtube videos, pop, beer and wine. Liberty Title is a long time sponsor/host and invites me. This year Carl Ent from Bank of America also sent me an invitation. I love meeting up with many people who I don't get to see except at this event. The fun started at 7 pm. A Puppy has been born in Japan with a large, clear, love-heart-shaped pattern in his coat.The Chihuahua was born in May as one of a litter to a breeder. I use VisiStat to track Web statistics. They just posted their annual traffic report for 2007, which gives an overview of what, where and how real estate consumers are searching online.The Peak hour for consumers to be on real estate Web sites was 9 p.m., while peak day was Monday and peak month was March.Traffic growth from 2006 was up 36.8 percent. --62.2 percent landed on real estate sites by typing in the URL; 23.6 percent got there by search and 16.2 percent by referral links.This data is based on clients' who subscribe to VisiStat.What are you using to track Web activity?
