Quiet Solitude
2008-03-08 01:16:00 I love solitude. Even in my early childhood I liked to go off into another room away from my family and just be alone. Of course I wasn't really alone for I always had the companionship of the angels and spirits of the unseen world. I spent a lot of time back then just listening to them...and I still do so today. My office/meditation area is located back away from the outside noise of the road. Through the window I can look out at pine trees and some native shrubbery. It's in this very quiet setting that I do my writing and have my many connections with the spirit world. One thing though...when I'm writing I have to keep the window blinds closed or I end up sitting in raptured connection with the trees and getting no writing done. Ah...it can be so sweet.Sadly I know that so many people in this world are completely unacquainted with solitude and quiet. It seems that they feel like they must be surrounded with people and in the event that isn't possible then they surround themselv... More About: Solitude , Quiet

My Head Is On Radar
2008-02-07 05:12:00 You know, all of Creation is wonderful. The intricate-ness and beauty of the rose comes to mind as an example. And the wonderful fragrance of it. Then there are the trees. I especially love trees...which is good I guess since I'm surrounded by them up here in the mountains.Trees, however, bring into consideration another denizen of the natural world. Birds. Birds are a delight to watch but have you ever considered that they possess a very special talent? I think they have a super accurate built in radar with a flawless targeting system. How did I come to this conclusion? Well...follow this if you will. A bird gulps down a big meal of nice juicy berries and assorted bugs. Now he needs to "GO." So, he takes off and circles a bit. Then he looks down and smiles. (I assume a bird can smile but I don't know how that looks) Anyway, brother bird circles and from an altitude of 1,000 feet, with a 10 mph crosswind, and hundreds of trees scattered around, he lets go of his "load" and it hits... Stronger Connections
2008-01-11 05:47:00 I'm not usually one to do predictions. I prefer to leave them to the folks who are more gifted in that area. However, there is something that I wish to share that I suppose could be viewed as a sort of prediction for 2008 and beyond. All of Creation is part of God. Animate or inanimate, it makes no difference. Every thing and every being on this planet in this universe is interconnected. Each bit of Creation manifests God in its own special way. Therefore the need is apparent that we humans must learn to quit looking upon ourselves as being better and above other beings. God loves all of His Creation and sees each part as special. Animal, vegetable, mineral...all are loved equally.Within the human race we see a lot of separated-ness. People don't like each other because of color, or nationality, or religion. Some folks don't like women. Others don't like men. A few don't like anyone or anything. It seems like a big hurdle to get over and it is. But you know what? I've been noti... Potential For Disaster
2007-12-21 06:12:00 I don't like to talk about the possibility of bad things happening. God knows we see enough of that stuff in the everyday news. However, according to information I have recently received, there exists a very real possibility that a major natural disaster could occur during the Christmas/New Years holidays. A vast buildup of negative energy has caused a serious imbalance on the Earth realm. At this time I won't go into details about who is trying to push this past the point of no return...other than say the "power elite" is a major player. At a later time I may have more to say about them. The important point I wish to make at this time is that if enough people will make the effort we may be able to bring in enough Light to consume or at least subdue the negativity and avert something big and nasty. So, folks, do whatever you feel guided to do to help. Pray to God The Father. If you're Roman Catholic ask the Blessed Virgin Mary and all the Saints to intercede. Offer Rosaries. If you ... More About: Disaster , Aster
It's About Consciousness
2007-12-07 00:12:00 Consciously connecting with God is ultimately what we are here to do. Depending on how thoroughly we are under the control of the human ego it may take numerous lifetimes before we finally arrive at the moment when we "get it." There are an unusually large number of souls who will, in fact, ascend to the spiritual realms during the next several years. However, before this can happen we must abandon the doldrums and work harder at raising our consciousness. Each move we as individuals make to a higher realm also raises up the overall consciousness of all our brother and sister humans. In fact it raises the vibration of the entire Earth. We're approaching the beginning of a new age. Word is that this new age will occur whether we are ready or not. I, for one, certainly want to be ready and right in the middle of the flood of Divine Light when the moment comes. It's going to be a beautiful time and certainly different from what those negative thinking folks believe who sit in a church... More About: Consciousness
About My Usage Of "He" and "Him"
2007-12-03 22:55:00 I was brought up in the Christian tradition of referring to God as a masculine deity. Although I have learned through the years that God truly encompasses both male and female genders I have also learned that old, ingrained habits are very difficult to break. My continuing reference to God as "He" or "Him" is such a case. I am continually amazed at how often I use these words without any realization that I'm doing so. Then, when I read the draft prior to publication, they really jump out at me. In my earlier days of writing I tried going back and modifying some of this but quickly discovered that it often took more time to do than the original draft. In most instances the really proper pronoun for God would be "It" and sometimes I do use that but in many ways I'm uncomfortable with that. Somehow "It" doesn't fit the warm, loving God I have come to know.So there you have it. I'm not intentionally snubbing the ladies nor relegating them to second best. I am continually trying to ch... God's Embrace
2007-11-29 07:04:00 Do you have any idea of how our Creator can thoroughly surround you and lift you up with His Divine Love? Maybe some of you have never thought about this and if that's the case then now is a good time to find out just what you have been missing out on. Once you experience even the slightest touch of that Divine Embrace I can assure you that you will never forget it. Physically, mentally, and spiritually you will be changed forever. And you will want It again and again. More and more.God created you and He has unlimited love for you. He wants to show that love...to pour as much of it into you as you are able to hold. But before that can begin to happen it's necessary for you to open your heart to Him and give Him permission to really join with you. Remember, He gave you free will and He will not violate that. So if you really want to experience His Love in a very unique way you must let Him know.He is waiting right now. All that's needed is a nod from you. No ritual need be perfor...
Connect With Your Creator
2007-11-08 22:50:00 I've read about people who took hallucinogens such as LSD and had some rather bizarre trips and experiences. Also some medicine men of old used to partake of sacred mushrooms as part of certain rituals. I suppose they still do all that stuff even now.I've had people who have heard me talk about the inner planes ask me what kind of drug I use that brings these experiences about. The truth is I have never used any kind of drugs. Never even considered it. The things I see and often participate in on the inner planes come about quite naturally to me without any extra influence. If anything I think drugs or whatever might actually lessen the experiences and I wouldn't want that. I'm inclined to think that drug-induced states are considerably less that honest spiritual experiences. I can't imagine why anyone would settle for less than the optimum and clear connection with what God has to offer. So, if you want to connect with God and all the vastness of creation, then shun the drugs a... Light Will Prevail
2007-10-29 22:46:00 Lately things have seemed difficult. Some instances have gone well beyond the "seemed' and instead become "awful." Especially for those who have had to endure such things as the Southern California wildfires. Then there have been areas that have had rain in unbelievable amounts while adjacent places continue in an extreme drought situation. And of course there's the earthquakes and attendant tidal waves. It seems like the darkness and tribulation just keeps getting worse. Even many who are on the Ascension path have gotten a gloomy outlook.Cheer up, folks. I know it isn't easy to do but if you embrace the Love and Light that is the very essence of our Creator then that Divine Light will flow through you and begin to dispel all that darkness once and for all. For sure we will have more times of cleansing for there is much imbedded negativity that has to be removed as the higher level energies increase but if we can keep our eyes on the high prize that is the New Earth we will find...
Use What Works For You
2007-10-09 07:38:00 I've studied a rather wide variety of spiritual paths over the years and utilize bits and pieces of them all in my own unique way of walking and working with God. This is something I think is absolutely necessary if you truly want spiritual freedom. I know there are those who will tell you otherwise...that you must follow this path or that master or you won't be saved. I can only suggest that you check their so-called "infallible doctrines" with a "B.S. Meter" and see what you find.I offer you an important truth in this short post:Unconditional Love is the master key to perfecting your spiritual life. There'll be much more in upcoming messages from the Ascended Masters and others. Until the next message I suggest that you contemplate on the truth of Unconditional Love. Allow it to flow around you and through you. Work at becoming that Love. You'll feel quite a difference and so will those who come in contact with you. More About: Works
Recurring Picture
2007-10-03 03:56:00 Spirit is trying to tell me something. For the past two days every time I walk into my office the screensaver on my computer is showing the same picture. I know it's not hung up because as soon as I notice the picture it cycles to another one. The picture I keep seeing is that of a beautiful black horse running through the water along the edge of a beach. If any of you use the Webshots Screensaver you are probably familiar with the picture.I'm believing that Spirit is indicating that I need to get busy writing about some of the things I have learned during my lifetime of spiritual study. Start offering something that might be informative or helpful to someone. Kind of "turn loose and let the words flow." I thought I had been doing that but when I really think about it I've been holding back a bit on the reins.Hey...I'm not even gonna consider ignoring or arguing with the Spirit within. So...I'll just step back out of the way and let that door, a door that no man can close, swin... More About: Picture , Recurring
A "Now" Shift
2007-09-24 21:10:00 For a while now I've known that a change in the overall energy frequencies is very close to becoming a reality. I've even felt some very slight shifts that seemed to indicate the time was getting quite near.My shamanic friend, Robert Shapiro, has just recently posted on his Mystical Man blog some information he was privileged to receive regarding this topic and what we can expect to experience.I recommend you read his post, A Shift Into A New Phase. Then, pass the information he shares along to others.
The Seeker Proclaims His Mastery
2007-09-18 01:02:00 As I mentioned in the previous post the seeker and myself were initiates in the same spiritual organization. We had both moved up higher over a period of years. For me it was a slow go but that has always been the case in my spiritual progress. I studied and meditated a lot. Each little experience or insight I had I savored and sought to understand it thoroughly. I was in no hurry then and I'm in no hurry now.Not so with the seeker. He wanted to be a master and he very carefully worked himself into the inner circle of the leaders. Eventually he was able to oust the reigning master and assume the position. I still don't know how he was able to accomplish that feat but I am certain it wasn't done in the mild mannered way he claimed. Now, I had been on the spiritual path for many years and I had learned a lot of things but a person conniving to gain control of an outward New Age religion organization did not fit the description of how one becomes a "spiritual master." He may have be... More About: Aster
The Seeker And Discernment
2007-08-13 04:39:00 In the previous post about the man who ate the poison ivy it should be obvious he failed to use discernment before taking that action. He allowed his zeal for a higher spiritual position to completely override his common sense. Alas, when it was all said and done, the man was still a seeker...and a very ill, poison ivy rash covered one at that. This was not the first time this particular person had gone over the edge and it was not the last. In fact, one of his impulsive antics actually caused him to have to undergo some mental examinations.I never thought this guy was crazy but rather overzealous. He was never what I would call a friend but I did associate with him for awhile. His continuing lack of good judgement along with his belligerent attitude towards anyone who appeared to know more than him about the things of God prompted me to put a considerable distance between myself and the organization he was involved with.On our climb up the spiritual ladder we should always remember...
The Seeker And The Poison Ivy
2007-08-10 06:08:00 The man wandered slowly along the nature trail. He gazed aimlessly at the various plant life that abounded there. It was mid-week and the park was deserted. Well, almost deserted. As he momentarily stopped by a tree to rest he noticed a stranger approaching. The man moved over to the side of the path so as not to be in the stranger's way. The stranger, however, stopped next to the man and spoke to him. After exchanging a few pleasantries the stranger pointed out to the man that he was standing very close to some poison ivy. The man looked and sure enough his hand was almost touching it. He said he hadn't hadn't noticed it and hoped he hadn't touched it because he was extremely allergic to it. The stranger said that he had always heard the best cure was to eat some of it.Now this man was a seeker on the spiritual path. Just a week ago he had read in a book that sometimes God sent an angel or a high spiritual master in the disguise of an ordinary human to those who are ready to adv... More About: Poison

Worship At The Temple Within
2007-07-28 22:44:00 There are numerous ways to worship our Creator. For many the high-energy, jumping up and down while screaming at the top of their lungs until they hyperventilate method seems to fill the bill. Others find more satisfaction speaking in tongues, falling down, and rolling around on the floor. And of course there is the quiet, prayerful worship which I have written about previously. All of these are ways to satisfy a desire for the public worship of God and many of us need this as a part of our life.Too many, however, try to connect with God using only these outer forms of worship. By doing so they are shortchanging their spiritual life. Properly used the outer worship can be effective in leading the seeker to the true and deeper things of God which are accessible only via the Inner Path.In each one of us there is a quiet place we can go to and connect with God in a most intimate and secret way. It is like a personal church sanctuary that resides in our heart. I call it "The Temp le With... More About: Worship , The Temple
Why Complicate Things?
2007-07-15 05:51:00 Recently, a friend was telling me all about this new church he is attending. He just thinks it's wonderful. And that's good. I'm glad he is happy. But when he started explaining all the rules and doctrines I kind of zoned out.It amazes me how much effort mankind will go to in order to make the truly simple fact that God loves us into such a complicated mess. They surround worship with an array of formulas and rituals that resemble rocket science rather than spiritual joy.Whatever happened to, "Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so"? Pray Joyfully And Be Happy
2007-06-29 05:23:00 Over the years I've seen so many who, when they pray, really beat themselves up verbally and low-rate their existence. They tell God they are lower than worms and awful sinners. Not deserving of any notice from Him. That they are not worthy to call upon Him. And on and on and on.Good heavens...it's no wonder God doesn't seem to answer prayers from these people. In reality, by babbling all this negative nonsense, they are denying the goodness of what God has created.God created all of us out of His goodness and love. He knows we are not perfect. That is one of the main reasons why we are living on this Earth. Here we can be molded into the shape spiritually to truly become a co-creator with Him.To do this requires attention to yielding to His divine will with the intention of becoming one with that will. Being morose and mired in the doldrums effectively locks a person out of the heritage of heaven on earth. It also plays havoc with your health.Pray in the spirit of joyfulness. En... Quiet Worship
2007-06-10 00:47:00 It occurs to me that worshipping in a church equates to "formal" worship. This is good. I rather like the quiet ritual of the Catholic Mass and I participate in it often. I usually arrive 30-45 minutes early so I can have some quality quiet time with the Lord before the bulk of the parishioners begin to filter in.Occasionally, on weekdays, I also like to stop by church and just sit alone in the muted light that filters in through the stained glass windows while the loving presence of God wraps around me like a cocoon. During those quiet times I sometimes talk to God via quiet prayers of thanksgiving. Mostly, though, I sit in silent meditation and listen as God softly speaks to my heart.Often times, if someone has specifically asked me to pray for them, I'll go out into the prayer garden adjacent to the church. There, amongst the beautiful flowers and shrubbery, I'll stroll along the paths while offering up prayers of intercession. I usually finish by saying a Rosary while sitting ... A Word On The Herd
2007-05-25 05:16:00 Yep...there they go. Plodding along like a herd of cattle. Following the leader. Doing what they are told and believing what they are told is truth. Having no real interest in finding out what they may be missing by utilizing a little gumption. It is really a sad thing to see a person so completely controlled that they are not even aware there is anything else to life but the narrow little window they view their daily existence through.Whether religious, political, governmental, or cattle it makes no difference. Herds are herds.Just remember...unless you are the leader, the view within a herd never changes...and it ain't a pretty sight. More About: Word
A Short But Powerful Prayer
2007-05-17 02:45:00 Most of us pray. Some use use only what is approved by church dogma. Many of those can be long and complicated. Others use what I call freeform prayers. They just start praying from their heart and speak words that come from their innermost being. These can be some of the most beautiful words you will ever speak or hear. There is also inner prayer where no words are spoken aloud. All of the different forms of prayer are good. Sometimes one kind seems more in order than another but really the most important thing about prayer is actually the act of praying. Intending to pray but not getting around to it just doesn't get the job done. Neither does the excuse that you just don't have the time available. C'mon folks, this concerns a dialogue with God, Who created us. Supposing He decided He didn't have the time or the inclination to sustain your life. Poof! No more you! So, no matter what kind of excuses you can think up to use, some quality time with God needs to be spent on a dai... More About: Prayer , Short

Enjoying God's Presence
2007-05-06 02:26:00 What a wonderful Saturday morning! This was our monthly all day adoration of The Blessed Sacrament at my parish church and I spent well over an hour there in prayer. The Presence was powerful indeed and I felt thoroughly blessed and re-charged by the time I left. There are countless ways to enjoy the Presence of God. The devotion mentioned above is uniquely Catholic and I really love connecting with God in the prevalent quiet, prayerful atmosphere. Most of the time there are no more than one or two worshipers present and often I am the only one, so it's just me and God. I whisper prayers of adoration, love, and thanksgiving to Him. He fills me with His love and blessings. Sometimes I weep. Other times I smile. At all times I am filled with joy. There are many ways to worship. The above is one of them. I use a number of others and I will write of them in time. I have said there is no reason that we can't all work together in our pursuit of the Divine. Getting rid of our narrow-minded...
All Are God Realms
2007-05-01 00:13:00 A question was asked about which realms are God realms. The answer is that all realms are God realms. Even the physical world of earth is a realm of God. After all, everything in the universe is made up of God created material and is kept in existence by the very presence of the Creator in all things. Now you may think that God is supposed to be in heaven and earth certainly doesn't qualify as being heaven. This is currently so but it doesn't have to be...nor will it continue to be. Things are changing and will continue to change. In fact, over the next several years the changes will accelerate and us human types are going to have to really get a move on to keep up and yes, in some instances, even survive the shift. I say this only because some simply will not be willing to make the adjustment. And that's ok. God lovingly understands and has that problem covered. So, how many realms of God are there? Well...we're talking about an infinite God and as far as anyone knows God's crea...
A Wild and Future Blog
2007-04-27 22:54:00 Well...I've been thinking. Now that, in itself, can bring up some wild, spooky results. Anyway, I've been thinking that the addition of yet a third blog would solve a problem I keep banging my head into. I thought I had enough diversity in the two blogs I'm doing to handle the full range of subjects I had planned to offer. Ho-ho, Ha-ha! Not so! I'm actually finding that a lot of the things I want to write about are so diverse and far-out (or far-in) that they need a special place of their own.Remember, I've been doing spiritual seeking for a lot of years. Some of it has been pretty straightforward. Most of it, however, has been and continues to be the stuff of dreams...except that I experience it in full consciousness. So, one more blog will be forthcoming. I'm already going preliminary work on it and as soon as I put it online I'll post an announcement.I think you'll like it. More About: Future , Blog , Wild
Connecting With Mother Earth
2007-04-18 02:59:00 I don't know how many people actually try and connect with Mother Earth . However many there are I hope that soon there will be more. Many more. Maybe a lot of us really intend to make the effort but other things seem to always demand our attention and poor Mother Earth gets pushed aside. Recently when I connected with her I felt a deep loneliness rising from her.I try to connect physically with her every day. I use different methods. Sometimes, as I did today, I lay my hands on her surface and offer words of love and healing. I thank her for her continuing support and her tolerance of the abuses from humankind. On the days when I am unable to connect physically with her I visit her in my spirit body.Mother Earth is so vitally important to us. Let us always remember we are very intimately connected to her for our physical bodies are made from her elements. She is a beautiful lady and she deserves our honor and attention.
