In that time the said family in question will be able to buy groceries, clean up the home, & groom the children. When CPS arrives they can B.S. the worker & get off scott free. Sooner or later this train wreck WILL derail & those children will suffer the most harm. It's just a matter of time. But time is NOT what those children have. They have no love, no security, no hope, & no future if they are kept in their present homes.I guess CPS was called to 1 of the 2 families in our neighborhood. They called to set up an appointment. They arrived & found nothing wrong. ARE THEY ON DRUGS THEMSELVES?? Ask any one of us in the neighborhood & we will tell them what is up. Does this NOT mean anything to CPS & the police? I guess not. 2007-08-03 18:14:00 So...here I am last night with ILoveStars at 7:30 p.m. cutting up yummy fruits for our fruit kabobs & the power goes completely out in our neighborhood!!! I lit the soy candle (I have 3 oil lamps & a camping lantern as well) & we cleaned up the mess. Couldn't really continue. We opened up all the windows cuz it was SO stuffy in the house. The air conditioners & fans were of course useless at this point. LOL! UnicornMoons friend M stayed over & will be going home Saturday afternoon before we attend Mass. The girls came downstairs to chat with us at the kitchen table. It was a lot of fun! We had a great time. I have always been known as the "cool mom" cuz well, I AM A COOL MOM!! :D Hunter & MoonWolf went to his friends house up the street to look at his train layout again.Around 9:15 p.m. Hunter & MoonWolf came home. 2007-08-02 17:22:00 The reason there are so many false accusations with good families being turned into CPS is because nosy, & controlling family, friends, & neighbors have absolutely NO CLUE what is going on. They like to spread scandalous & malicious rumors about the said family BEFORE checking their facts. They are usually up to no good themselves & wish to divert the attention from their own wrong doings by projecting it to onto someone else. Word to the wise: Stay away from the gossipy busy bodies. They are really easy to spot! They are dangerous.Homeschooling families as we all know are often under the gun as well. CPS~good or bad
2007-08-02 16:18:00 I have mixed feelings on this. We live in a nice, decent, small village/suburb. (under 20,000 people) Where we live there are 2 families who NEED CPS to go in & remove the kids. No one will call because we all know that NOTHING will be done. Cars come & go at all hours of the day & night, there's drug history in the homes, abuse, neglect, theft, & other shady people & dealings are going on. The police "say" they are watching both homes but are they really? Come on. These families think they are getting away with something. EVERYONE KNOWS what they are up too & it's no good! Meanwhile these poor kids are being raised as the next generation of drug users & abusers! They are pulling down our neighborhood. Do we look stupid?! Please! MoonWolf & eye specialist~Update
2007-08-01 20:10:00 MoonWolf s vision is 20 (right eye~good eye) 50. (left eye~bad eye) It is has GREATLY improved because of patching. Unfortunately her left eye is still crossing a bit so we have set up an eye surgery date of October 9th. She will go in as an out patient for day surgery. Her eye specialist will perform the surgery which is really nice. She only does the surgeries on Tuesdays.Save the children. Teach them at home. More About: Update , Cialis
MoonWolf, eye appointment, Christian & Catholic churches
2007-08-01 14:48:00 We are leaving in a bit to take MoonWolf for her eye appointment with her eye specialist. The womans office is about 45 minutes away from us. We will find out today if she needs to continue patching her right eye (good eye) for 4-6 hours daily & if she needs to have eye surgery on her left eye. (bad eye) She has been wearing glasses & patching her right eye since December 2006. She can barely see out of her left eye. MoonWolf has been a really good sport about wearing her eye patches. She LOVES her glasses too! She knows she has to wear glasses at all times & wear her patch so her left eye gets stronger. We bought her eye patches from Ortopad. She has the Girls Pack, Fun Pack, & Make Your Own patches. I will post an update later on today.It is bible study (me) & youth group (them) night today. It used to be MY old Catholic church! This is where I was baptized, made my first communion, attended CCD classes from ages 5-15, & went to Mass each Saturday evening. :) It looks pretty much the same inside.Everyone at the Christian church was nice. They were most friendly & helpful. Wednesday nights are family night at their church. UnicornMoon went to the youth group while MoonWolf went to her childrens group. TTC our 4th child & Sportster rally
2007-06-22 05:02:00 Yep. You heard right. Cross your fingers, say a prayer, light some candles, send some positive vibes, whatever! Hopefully it will not take very long to get pregnant. It didn't with our present 3 daughters. :) I've been reading some of the books that i've listed on my side panel. They are under The Lady Is Reading. Here I go with the lists again. ;)Tomorrow in the a.m. hubby & I are leaving on our XLSpor tster for a Harley rally in Iowa. Our neighbors who live next door F & S (good trustworthy friends of ours) are going to watch the house & the vehicles for us. We will be back Sunday. The girls are spending the time with hubbys parents. They left this morning. They always have fun there!Our good friend & my "girlfriend S" is coming up with his Sportster from Zion, Ill to ride with us. He is such a great guy!
