The following article is taken from the preface to the book, The Problem of Evil and the Judgments of God by A.E. Knoch. A.E. Knoch was an author and a Bible translator. He was the editor of Unsearchable Riches magazine for many years and was the "main man" of the Concordant Publishing Concern. His Concordant Literal New Testament, and his Commentary on the New Testament are tools that belong in every library. Knoch said more in a paragraph than most of us say in a year! WYLL AM 1160 Cancels Christian Radio Program Due to Pressure from the Clerg

"Believe God no matter what the Clergy tell you" may be too much for the clergy to stand. Salem Communications received a few complaints from nameless, faceless sources about our teaching, prompting Salem/Wyll AM 1160 to cancel our show effective immediately. We were told that they had one call to their station manager, and one Pastor mentioned us over a lunch meeting. What is our crime? Our crime is preaching the gospel of the grace of God. We have been accused of going against mainstream Christian ity. Thank God for that! It seems like no one believes that modern Christianity could possibly be in Apostasy. Even though the entire history of Old Testament Israel, and the letters of Paul concerning the last days of the Church, tells us that every age ends in Apostasy. I guess if you have pretty buildings, millions of subscribers to a Christian magazine, and multi-million dollar budgets, you couldn't possible be in Apostasy. What is the duplicity in all this? How To Read Through the Bible in 1 Year

The unfortunate truth in Christendom today is that the majority of Christians are not Bible readers. Take a moment and really consider that statement. Christians, who have direct revelation from God concerning all matters of faith and practice revealed in the Scriptures, fail to even open the cover of the book. We have the Apostle Paul exhorting us to study the Word: Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15) As Christians Paul exhorts us to study in order to show ourselves approved unto God, not unto men. This is a verse that is often quoted in Christian churches all over the world today, but how often is it truly put into practice? Ask yourself an honest question right now: how often do you read your Bible? Friend, if the answer is less than once per day, you are not feeding on the Scripture enough.
