What Happened in 2007?

It has been a great 2007, the best of my life. No, I did not make more money. No, I did not buy a bigger house. No, my health is not very good. As a matter of fact I am in more pain now than I have ever been. So how can it be the best year you may ask? It was my best year in understanding in the evangel, opportunity for the evangel, and friendships that have been made because of the evangel. 2007 Recap January-May 2007 The Lord opened my eyes to so many things in the sacred scriptures. Getting a better grasp on Paul, freedom from sin, the ultimate salvation of all and many other things which the holy spirit teaches in the WORDS of the scriptures. June-August 2007 I was granted the opportunity to meet with others who believe in this message. I was on my own for a while and it was great to meet my fellow laborers in the evangel. Shall We Go Through the "Great Tribulation"?

Very briefly, therefore, we will consider God's attitude toward the world in this administration, and His gracious dealings with His saints, as well as the special secret connected with our resurrection at His coming. Apart from this we will be sure to confuse the truth of this economy with that of the next. We will fail to correctly partition between this day of salvation and the coming one of God's indignation. We will be misled by the Bible itself, thinking we have its support, when, in reality, we are applying to ourselves what belongs to others. The Last Trump of 1 Corinthians 15, Contrasted with the Trumpet in Revelation 11 By AE Knoch There is a decided and delightful contrast between the seventh trumpet of the Unveiling and the "last trump" which will call us to be with the Lord. Some have attempted to identify them on the ground that each is a last trumpet. But things having the same name are not by any means necessarily identical. Christ and Satan are each called a lion, but who would make that a mark of identity? Some have been misled into teaching that the white horse rider of the first seal is the true Messiah, instead of the false, because he is like the One Who is called "The Word of God" (19:13). The fact that the seventh trumpet is the last of this series should lead us to contrast it with the last trump for which we listen. The following article is from the works of J.N. Darby. He wrote a 5 volume set of books called, "Synopsis of the Books of the Bible ." J.N. Darby was one of the leading men in the Plymouth Brethren movement of the 1800's. Darby was used by God to call attention to the unique calling of the Church, the body of Christ. He saw the distinction between the Church and Israel and the difference between and earthy and heavenly calling. The following text is found in the preface of his synopsis. Note very carefully what he says about commentaries and the Word itself. This is priceless! Maybe he would acknowledge what we have said: "Believe God, no matter what the Clergy tell you!"
