Jatukham Amulet Pictures
2007-08-16 17:57:00 I’ve recently went back to Penang Island and met up with a friend whom is a frequent traveller to Thailand, extreme loyal devotee to the Thai Buddha. I’ve asked him about Jatukham Ramathep amulets and I’ve asked him to get me 1. To my delight, he’s got few extras from he collections and he showed me, of course, he will let me buy one of it. It’s really a brisking business in Nakorn Sri Thammarat selling only Jatukharm Ramathep amulets, resulting in sales of over MYR 2 billion in merely 2 years. Therefore, lots of ‘fake’ amulets vendored by roadside stalls selling amulets at MYR 5 - 10. Cheap amulets are now everywhere. So I decided to get my Jatukharm amulet from this friend of mine… My Jatukharm Amulet Below are other amulets that I’ve been given permission to take pictures. More About: Pictures

Chapter 4: Immune Deficiency and Chinese Tonic Foods.
2007-07-23 13:36:00 The Chinese physicians of traditional medicine call the foods that can enhance the body’s immune function food tonics. There are four categories of common food tonics that can strengthen the body’s immune function: energy, blood, yin, and yang tonics. In addition, there are organic tonics, namely, tonics that are considered effective in strengthening a specific internal organ; among the most common organic tonics are liver, lung, heart, stomach, and spleen tonics. Kidneys are particularly important organs, and yang and yin tonics are both for the kidneys. The various categories of food tonics bear a resemblance to the 5 types of nutrients labeled by Western scientists. All of the tonics are designed to correct a particular deficiency. Just as a particular nutrient is beneficial to the body since it needs it, so a particular category of tonic is beneficial to the body that is suffering from a specific deficiency. Vitamin-A is beneficial to those with a Vitamin-A deficienc... More About: Tonic , Foods , Chapter , Toni

Chapter 3: Yang Food - Walnuts
2007-07-22 06:58:00 This is a very interesting posts, especially for MEN. I think I’ll start consuming more walnuts from now on… LOL! As a yang food, walnuts are traditionally used to boost sexual capacity in men, because when their sexual organs have insufficient yang energy, they will cool down and erection becomes difficult to achieve. For the purpose of improving sexual capacity in men, take 60 grams of crushed walnuts as a one-day dosage for 1 to 2 months. Or, as an alternate treatment, fry a walnut with 6 grams of chive seeds, and the boil the 2 ingredients in water; eat the walnut and chive seeds, and drink the soup, once daily for 3 days. Unlike fresh ginger and garlic, both of which are purely yang foods, walnuts are basically a yang food but also have yin nature as well. Because of their yin nature, they can lubricate the intestine, and that is why walnuts are traditionally used to treat constipation. As a food remedy to induce bowel movements, crush 60 grams of walnuts and 30 gra... More About: Food , Yang , Chapter , Walnuts
Chapter 3: Yang Food - Garlic
2007-07-21 16:22:00 Traditionally, garlic as a yang food has been used to promote energy circulation, warm the stomach, and remove any accumulated toxic substances. This is consistent with the modern discovery of garlic being capable of killing germs, promoting digestion, and improving appetite. But garlic has been found to have many more important therapeutic functions in recent years, such as being used as a remedy for hypertension, hepatitis, and cancer. Garlic has been in popular use in Japan for a very long time, and a recent Japanese study has revealed that garlic contains a mineral called Ge that is reportedly capable of preventing stomach cancer. A team of doctors at the Hunan Medical college in China who call themselves the Research Group of Garlic as Anticancerous Agent have used a patented medicine made of garlic to treat 21 cases of nasopharygeal carcinoma (cancer of the nose and throat) with significant results in most cases. In addition, the same group of physicians has also found garlic ... More About: Food , Yang , Arli , Chapter
Chapter 3: Yang Food - Fresh Ginger
2007-07-20 15:47:00 Fresh ginger is a typical yang food because it can stimulate many activities in the body. For example, it can speed blood circulation and secretion of stomach fluids, stimulate the intestinal tract, and promote digestion. It can also increase blood pressure. It is reported that by chewing one gram of fresh ginger without swallowing it, systolic blood pressure rises as much as 11.2 millimeters of mercury and diastolic blood pressure as much as 14 millimeters of mercury, with no apparent change in pulse rate. Fresh ginger extract has been found to stimulate the vasomotor and respiratory centers and the heart in laboratory cats. In fact, one type of hypertension is attributed to an excessive amount of yang energy, in the liver, and should be treated by an intake of yin energy to strike a balance. This, however, does not mean that all types of hypertension should be treated by yin foods, because hypertension has many different causes. Here are a couple of fresh ginger recipes that may b... The Correlation of Yin Yang with Food.
2007-07-19 14:06:00 Yin and yang are 2 opposing and yet mutually complementary energies in the body that interact to maintain a balance that is very fundamental to good health. At times, the body needs to be active-and at others, it needs to be inactive. Yang energy is responsible for being active, while yin energy is responsible for being inactive. I recall a taxi driver complaining that he found himself falling asleep while driving his cab, which is very dangerous indeed. When people feel sleepy too frequently, it is because they have accumulated excessive amounts of yin energy, and it is necessary for them to introduce more yang foods in their diet to counteract the strength of their yin energy. An intake of yin foods can make you inactive; an intake of yang foods can make you active. More About: Food , Yin Yang , Relation

Chapter 2: Yin Food - Unpolished Grains
2007-07-17 18:11:00 I’ve just came back from my hometown for a couple of days break, one that seem too long and quite tiring in fact… Lol, but it seems to be more tiring because of traveling and all that. This is the reason for my lack of update in my blog. I’ve got a another food-for-health which is being used worldwide and YET not many knows the true benefit of it. Hope all of us can benefit from my posts. There is a Chinese story about a little girl who was sold to another family to become the future wife of one of the sons, which was a common practice in China before the eighteenth century. Unfortunately, as it turned out, none of the family members liked her; so, at mealtimes, they all ate refined grains except this little girl who was only allowed to eat unpolished grains. Not long afterwards, all the members of the family had suffered from vitamin-B deficiency diseases-such as diarrhea, stomatitis, and indigestion-except this little girl. Chapter 2: Yin Food - Sweet Potatoes!
2007-07-11 17:42:00 According to a Chinese book, “Seamen often enjoyed longevity, because they eat no other grains except sweet potatoes.” Sweet potatoes are particularly good for the spleen, pancreas, and kidneys, and they are often used to treat chronic constipation, jaundice, and diarrhea with blood in the stools. It may seem strange that the same food can be used to treat both constipation and diarrhea, which are two opposing symptoms. However, sweet potatoes can treat constipation because they are full of yin energy, which can lubricate the intestine - and when the intestine is lubricated, bowel movements will occur. Sweet potatoes are particularly good for constipation due to the dryness of the large intestine. Sweet potatoes and the Chinese yam are effective for diarrhea for the same reason. In the traditional Chinese medicine, many herbs are equally good for two seemingly opposing symptoms. For example, one herb may be good for hypertension and hypo-tension at the same time. This is... When Aliens Invade Your Marriage…
2007-07-10 17:33:00 When a close family friend, Vivien, recommended a young lady to me who was having a serious marriage/relationship problems with her multi millionaire husband… her pale, tired and dark shadowy Qi of her face tells all, as if she’s never had sleep for days. She was at a stage of depression and wanted to commit suicide with her youngest son, for she was unable to tolerate any further the affair of her inconsiderate husband with a very wealthy mistress (richer than her husband). As her wealth could explain it, she’s not just an ordinary ‘mistress’, she was brave enough to look for her husband at their doorstep daily and bombarded him with expensive gifts besides no-ending phone calls and SMSes. The wife couldn’t do anything to stop this aggressive actions of this dominating attitude mistress, for she would get whatever she wants by all means as she is rich and powerful .This problematic scenario has been going for the last few years. Chapter 2: Yin Yang Food - Chinese Yam!
2007-07-10 15:51:00 Yin and yang are the two complementary principles of Chinese philosophy. Yin is negative, dark, and feminine; yang is positive, bright, and masculine. The interaction of these principles is thought to maintain the harmony of the universe. The theory of yin and yang is also fundamental to traditional Chinese medicine. The Chinese yam is traditionally used both as an herb and a food, and mainly serves to increase yin energy in the body. four internal organs can benefit most from the Chinese yam: the lungs, spleen, pancreas, and kidneys. That is why the Chinese yam is very frequently used to treat pulmonary tuberculosis, fatigue, and diseases associated with the spleen and pancreas and the kidneys. A number of disorders-include diarrhea, premature ejaculation, and diabetes- are normally treated by the Chinese yam, with good results. Why are yams capable of stopping diarrhea? The reason is that yin energy moves slowly, and diarrhea means quick bowel movements that should be slowed down-... More About: Food , Yang , Yin Yang , Chapter

Introduction: Yin Yang Foods - Traditional Chinese Food Remedies
2007-07-04 16:48:00 A slight introduction before I get in the topic of Yin Yang foods which I would start with a question. Is there such a thing as longevity food that we can eat in abundant quantities in order to live long life? I would say that with more pharmaceutical manufacturers are in the market nowadays making our life easier by simply condensing these daily necessity minerals into small capsules. I have no doubt that this the best solution for our current busy world but nature is the pure vitamin resources that could offer us. Many people, particularly those in the West, are in the habit of jumping from one magic solution to another, but unfortunately, no such food exist. The basic reason for this is that people have differing physical constitutions and require different foods in order to stay in good health or to be immune from disease. However, in selecting foods in your quest for longevity, there is one fundamental concept that is helpful to keep in mind; Whether or not a given food contrib... House Cleansing
2007-07-04 15:56:00 For centuries, it is a culture for Chinese to practice spring-cleaning during the end of the year, which means to get rid of the bad stagnant Qi in every household items and furnitures and the whole interior corners of the building. The leftover negative Qi of yesteryear in the environment can be easily absorbed back into the body and also remained at all Feng Shui areas. Hence, a proper understanding revitalizing procedure is needed for it to regain the flow of the positive energy field in the environment of the whole building. The Tao way of dispersing the negative energy as follow :- A small bowl of white rice 3 tablespoon of sea salt A teaspoon of Ju-Sha powder (cinnabar powder or a.k.a. sulphide of mercury) A teaspoon of Shuong Hwang powder (realgar/arsenic sulfide powder) A Tao talisman (if available) burn to get the ashes. Karma
2007-07-03 14:37:00 Why do people faced with problems, bad luck, illness, family disharmony and so-forth, even some claimed they never done anything bad or against their conscience. Whatever problems we are facing today, are not just bad fate that happened to be. Some are the accumulations of whatever wrong doing of the yesteryears or the past life, this is what people call karma. As believed, these past karma eventually follow us into reincarnations to this present life, over and over again for us to face, or to complete our unsettled missions or duties of the past. Don’t get dishearten or be disturbed by the fate of past and present, whatever good we’ve done today shall be counted and weigh against the bad karma and lessen our misfortune in the future or next life cycle. Black Magic
2007-06-29 10:22:00 I wonder how many will put our heads into believing in Black Magic . This ancient mystical practice has being existing for over thousands of years as known without any early precaution can be taken till this modern days. Even there is no scientific way to trace or explain on how this so called black magic power works. In Asian countries, you can easily find hundreds if not thousands of this practitioners, eagerly to render their services in return of big cash. They are just a different kind of service middleman, with special spiritual power who would ‘courier’ the black magic to whoever, whatever and wherever the casters wanted . No matter what or why, the whole idea of this Black Magic practice is to help ones to achieve whatever intention of thought, to realization of ones aim, with no consideration of the consequences of the after effects. Million Dollar Talisman
2007-06-26 13:03:00 It was a fascinating report on a local daily paper here in my country TheStar, that some talismans can cost up to millions. If a talisman can stop a bullet or made one invisible, as claimed by some, why should countries spent so much money upgrading on weapons and securities . Why don’t they just engaged the founder and the so called powerful monk to mass produce and blessed the precious talismans and distribute to all their soldiers and securities for which they can protect them from physical injuries on their mission of duties. So, if the whole world were to use these talisman power for defending, there soon won’t be any war, no crime, everyone will have the same power,no guns and no hatred among each other only peace and harmonies around us, no one is suffering, that sounds good!. From my point of view, thats right, talisman is really priceless, whereby, the motive of any blessed talisman serves its own purpose and power to safeguard ones from any negatives energy el...
