Taboo Sex
2007-02-26 11:21:00
When sex represents the true nature of every animal, and the very reason of the existence of a species depends on sexual reproduction, it’s still known as one of the deadliest sin by mainstream religions. Is suppressing ones own sexual desires the most noble attributes? Self-denying the very true nature of man is the most honorable act in the eyes of God? No one wants to talk about it. That’s the inner child suppressed in an iron rod cage. Fighting hard against the very own will of man. Classifying the sexual norms of a society is driven by the force of beliefs and Religion. Beliefs vary from sex being the most deceitful act on one perspective, while sex is a divined act on the other perception. Who is right and who is wrong? Different religions lay their norms in very different perception. Abrahamic religions have a strong denying fact for sex during pre-marital. Certain religions such as Hinduism are fond of sex. Hindu Temples are carved with sexually appeali...

Religion in a Political Leader’s hands
2007-02-18 00:06:00
For a clear perspective I assume the best approach would be to observe the current political scenario we are currently under going in our nation – The Maldives. Religion in our political game has been the most effective tool that is been used to delude the public. The phrase that I would rather use would be “abusing religion by power-hungry leaders”. It’s an undeniable fact. Our current regime has effectively exploited the religion to play beautiful games in our minds. This psychological approach has never failed to intrude our minds deceiving the people of this nation. When every meeting or a speech delivered begins with a charming praise to the religion, minds of majority of Maldavians consciously or subconsciously tends to willingly accept a complete hoax. When I think about this situation the first event that comes to my mind every time is the large scale propaganda carried out regarding the incident of 3rd November 1988. The intensified speech delivered by Sheik Rasheed...

"Sins" represent the inner child of every Man.
2007-02-07 18:42:00
Every child is born with a devil inside. Every child is born with all the wickedness. If you believe the “Sins ” that are preached in all mainstream religions, yes! Then the child is an evil devil. Sins are considered as violations of rules set by God. As we all know, all most all the mainstream religions consider the so called “sins” as quiet the standard desires of a perfectly normal man. If a man self-deny, then he is following his religion. If a man satisfies his desires he is going against the religion. Let’s take a few examples of the so called “Sins” – Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Anger, Envy and Pride. These are the Seven Deadly Sins of Christianity. And neither in other mainstream religions such as Islam and Judaism encourages this. Thinking about these sins, I realize that in reality, these “sins” are the natural desires of every Man, and also the very reason of human survival. Sloth is the root of lust. Lust is a natural and one of the most self sa...

Either True God or True Revelation
2007-02-06 21:55:00
This is what I thought today. I think it has a point. Enlighten me if I am wrong! :o)------------------------- 1. If Evil exists God is “Not the all-Loving God”, but still “all-Powerful God”. 2. If Evil does NOT exists God “Is the all-Powerful God” and “Is the all-Loving God”-------------------------- 1. If Evil exists God is “Not the all-Loving God”, but still “all-Powerful God”. There could only be one. God reveals us that he created the Satan. And he also says Satan is Evil. This means God created Evil and He is all-Powerful God. But that also means that he is not the “all-Loving God”. Which means the Words of Revelation contradicts; when God say he is “all-Loving God”. 2. If Evil does NOT exists God “Is the all-Powerful God” and “Is the all-Loving God” If God did not create Evil – Then God is “all-Powerful” (because he wills not to create and He does not) and God is “all-Loving”, (because Go...

God is evil?
2007-02-05 11:08:00
God is Evil ? Firstly note this is an assumption, NOT a statement. God created everything. By His will he created evil. He created the root of evilness – Satan. This means that God has a part of evilness and torment within him, IF not Satan cannot be Evil. Also I could say that same essence of wickedness should be within God as much as in Satan, not less in any case. Taking history into consideration; God created all angels. Lucifer was one, the rebellious Angel. He was cursed by God and so was dropped on the face of Earth. Now He is known as Satan – he wanted to deceive God’s creation to go against Him. The evilness was within Satan because God wanted the action of “evilness” to be within The Satan. When God knows everything, why did He create Lucifer in the first place, thus He knew Lucifer/Satan would rebel against Him, and Man would be the victim. Is that because God wanted to see Man suffer? Some assumptions that could be taken into account; is - one might say God ...

God I Know!
2007-02-02 15:12:00
In a cold, destructive and careless universe. Edge of this vast archetype, there is a little “blue marble” named as the Earth. And this blue marble is inhabited by a strange creature named “Humans”. Human claims to have acquired the most highly developed brains on the face of this Earth, thus they prove their statement. They reflect the supremacy of their race as they dominate this Blue Marble - Earth. The most suitable phrase I find to describe these so called Supreme Beings is “Doubtful but Ambitious”. Humans are ambitious creatures, but still doubtful. These Men would achieve their goals by any means. If it’s beyond man power, they extract the sources from their surroundings, and mould, alter and invent using their powerful minds. By nature, man has no power to fly, and then he invented a Flying Bird to conquer the skies. He cannot cross oceans, so he shaped vessels. Via his “highly complex” minds he fulfills his ambitions, let it be simple or compl...
