I don’t know too many people who enjoy changing over their closets from winter clothing to summer clothing. To me, it always seems that the minute the sweaters are out a cold front blows in, and the minute the pants are replaced with shorts the rain kicks up again. And yet, while we can’t control the weather, there are things that we can do to help make the seasonal changeover a little more comfortable. Let’s face it, life is busy. There’s always something that needs to be done, and in the off chance that nothing needs to get done, there’s always relaxing to catch up on. Which, in itself, is something that definitely needs to get done. One of the things that often gets neglected in the summer months is spending enough time outside. To remedy this problem, I’ve devised a list of ideas that will let you get to see the sun- and perhaps even to enjoy the summer while you’re outdoors. 1- Work in the garden (and get the kids to help!) I’ve recently discovered the joys of gardening. As the birth of our third child rapidly approaches, it suddenly seems like a good time to start making room for baby. Although I’m not a first-time parent, I’m still amazed by how the clothing and paraphernalia of such a tiny being can take up almost as much space as my full-sized ‘grown-up’ clothing. Our new house doesn?t have a garage. So I may not be the most authoritative person about how to keep a garage neat and organized. Staying Sane During the Holiday Season

It seemed like a good idea at the time, and to a large extent, I?m sure it was. Out of some 170+ boxes, probably only 40-50 were left by the time I got to the house.
