The other cities on the list are Tokyo, Madrid, and Rio de Janeiro. Each city now has 16 months to present their case. The International Olympic Committee will make a decision in Copenhagen on October 2, 2009.According to the BBC, "The strongest contender in terms of infrastructure, support and money is Chicago, 20 years after the last US summer Games in Atlanta, 1996 . . .
