By the 5th, still no rent, so I left a 5 day Notice to Pay or Quit on the door. Two days later, the notice is still on the door, and a puppy inside is crying. The couple who signed the monthly lease have split up, and she has moved her items out. They don't have a phone, so we have no way to contact him.
