A federal court judge ruled today that Diane Schroer, a transgendered woman, was discriminated against when the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C., offered then rescinded a job because of her sexual status. Diane Schroer was born David Schroer. and served twenty-five years in the U.S Army, as a male.  Schroer was born a male, is a male and will die a male.  Sex is immutable.
