Yahoo Given 3 Week Deadline to Accept Microsoft's Offer
2008-04-05 21:55:00 Microsoft has given Yahoo three weeks to accept their more then $40 billion buyout offer. After this period, Microsoft plans to take the deal directly to the shareholders. In January when the deal was initially offered the deal was valued at $44.6 billion. The deal is now worth $41 billion based on Friday's closing prices. |
