Sources in the UK have revealed that regulatory authorities for drugs in the United Kingdom have linked 5 deaths (including one suicide) and 720 adverse reactions to the anti obesity drug. The report by the MHRA (Medical and Health Product Regulatory Authority) states that two deaths were linked to heart difficulties, one involved and infection one a sudden death and the other suicide.
