Diesmal bin ich über einen leserbrief aus australien gestolpfert!wie die meisten nun schon wissen....ich besitze einen vorkriegs fiat 509 den adams special ..und er kommt ebenfalls aus autralien. frank adams hat ihn ca. 1935 umgebaut (das geht aus dem schriftverkehr mit ihm hervor). beim ersten umbau sah er so ausallerdings gefiel ihm (gott sei dank) das heck nicht und er hat ihn nochmals umgebautin einem brief sprach frank adams....das heck und die reifen stammen von einem austin meteor. leider konnte ich bis dto darüber nicht finden.nun gibt es gerade einen leserbrief in der automobile der 2 bilder in ebay gekauft hat und eines zeigt nun einen Austin SWAP (oder eben auch "Meteor")quelle: automobile june 2008lustiger weise stimmen auch die radnarben und -aufnahme mit unserem übereinein!na wenn das kein fundstueck der woche ist!
