Il decreto che dà attuazione a quanto previsto dalla scorsa Finanziaria è infatti da ieri in Gazzetta Ufficiale, con le indicazioni necessarie per accedere al beneficio che, per l'anno in corso, non potrà comunque superare il limite di 200mila euro per ciascun imprenditore e 10 milioni di euro complessivi. Sarà un apposito provvedimento dell'agenzia delle Entrate a fissare i termini per la presentazione delle domande.
