Golf and Adventure Getaway Jamaica-style
2011-06-10 01:59:00 One segment of the girls' golf getaway package at Breezes Runaway Bay Resort is, naturally, to take a lesson and play a round (or more) at the SuperClubs Golf Club but once that is done, what are five adventurous ladies supposed to do? Why not interact with dolphins! The morning began with a lovely breakfast buffet including the freshest of fruit and some of the finest Jamaican coffee (with warmed milk) at the Beach Buffet. The girls gathered in the lobby and were escorted to Dolphin Cove at Treasure Reef, purported to be Jamaica's number one attraction, to get up-close and very personal with dolphins, sting-rays and even stand over shark-infested waters! We opted for the "Encounter Swim" program and had enough time before meeting the dolphin named "Skye" to first watch an entertaining shark show. Breaking News: Man attempts to board Air Jamaica flight with pipe bomb part
2008-04-02 02:08:00 A man attempted to board an Air Jamaica flight at Orlando International Airport with explosive parts in his checked luggage. The Transportation Security Administration noticed the man’s strange behavior and mannerisms and then monitored his bags as they went through screening, it was then that the suspicious materials were discovered. The man was scheduled for Air Jamaica flight 80 to Montego Bay. The suspect’s name has not been released yet. Click here to watch the man being searched and here for news footage on the story.
