2007-11-03 16:18:00 La Generalitat catalana ha asumido la tutela de una niña de 13 años por encontrarse en una situación de desamparo por parte de su familia y estar embarazada, según han informado fuentes del departamento de Acción Social y Ciudadanía. La menor estaba viviendo con unos conocidos de la madre en la Pobla de Segur (Lleida) y no existía relación familiar continuada con sus padres, situación durante la cual la niña quedó embarazada. Mientras se investigan las circunstancias en las que vivía la menor, que ya ha cumplido 13 años, ha quedado ingresada en un centro de acogida de la Generalitat de forma provisional.

La generica preoccupazione tende quindi a trasformarsi in senso di insicurezza riferito al proprio contesto di vita, dove si diffonde il timore di essere vittime di reati. Investiti dal fenomeno sono soprattutto i centri di dimensioni pi grandi, mentre la geografia della paura individua in alcune regioni del Nord e nel Mezzogiorno le aree di maggiore criticit. E' quanto emerge dalla rilevazione periodica dell'Osservatorio sul Capitale Sociale, realizzata da Demos-Coop. Nove persone su dieci si dicono molto (47%) o abbastanza (45%) preoccupate per la criminalit in Italia; pi di otto su dieci pensano che la situazione, sotto questo profilo, sia peggiorata negli ultimi cinque anni. la Repubblica - 8 luglio 2007

2007-07-08 00:15:00 O mentalitate gresita: cea de anti-manelist Dupa atatea discutii despre manelisti, manelism, Guta & Company, a venit si randul antimanelistilor, care sunt fix opusul manelistilor. Nu imi este deloc greu sa recunosc faptul ca atitudinea de antimanelist este la fel de gresita precum cea de manelist...in majoritatea cazurilor. Eu nu suport manelele, sunt anti-manele si anti-manelism, nu insa si anti-manelist. Aceasta inseamna ca eu nu suport acest gen muzical si "artistii" genului si nici aceasta moda, manelismul. Nicidecum nu inseamna ca nu ii suport pe cei care asculta manele. Cu asa ceva se ocupa anti-manelistii. Daca nu esti de acord cu gusturile cuiva, daca tie nu-ti place ceea ce ii place lui, nu inseamna ca trebuie sa-l injuri si sa-l respingi. Sutele de asa-zise campanii anti-manele care s-au tot facut pana acum, toate fara pic de succes, i-au vizat mai mult pe cei care asculta manele si nu manelele in sine sau pe cei care le canta. 2007-07-03 10:12:00 Oleh : Prof. Dr. Romli Atmasasmita, Guru Besar Hukum Pidana Internasional UNPADBerita sekitar aliran dana dari Bank Indonesia (BI) ke DPR dan informasi BPK mengenai uang pengganti tindak pidana korupsi enam triliun rupiah yang belum disetor Kejaksaan Agung sungguh menyentakkan kita semua. Selama ini, hal tersebut seharusnya tidak terjadi, apalagi pada lembaga tinggi negara dan lembaga penegak hukum tersebut. DPR merupakan lembaga yang juga seharusnya melakukan fungsi pengawasan, antara lain terhadap kinerja Kejaksaan Agung yang memiliki tugas dan wewenang penyidikan dan penuntutan tindak pidana korupsi.Apakah peristiwa tersebut merupakan kesengajaan atau kelalaian, sampai saat ini belum ada langkah projustisia dari lembaga yang berwenang. Jika masalah aliran dana BI ke DPR, masih ada KPK atau Kejaksaan Agung yang bisa melakukan langkah tersebut. Tetapi terhadap Kejaksaan Agung yang menyimpan dana uang pengganti tindak pidana korupsi, siapa yang harus melakukan tindakan projustisia? ...
