I agreed with most everything that was said and do feel that with time the UIGEA laws will be repealed .It doesn't hurt the effort that Senator Barney Franks is on our side as well . Amatore Sciesa, conosciuto per un errore anche come Antonio, fu colto in flagrante mentre attaccava manifesti contro l'occupante il 30 luglio del 1851. Arrestato e condannato alla forca, gli fu offerta la possibilità di avere salva la vita in cambio di delazione. Si rifiutò e fu giustiziato. Notizie austriache emerse in seguito riveleranno poi l' infondatezza dei capi d'accusa. Ma prima di salire sul patibolo, venne condotto sotto la sua abitazione, poichè così facendo gli austriaci credevano di potere ottenere i famosi nomi. La colonna si fermò sotto la sua casa, con dentro moglie e figli; quale fu la risposta del condannato? Tiremm innanz. Altre fonti riportano, dagli atti processuali, che la frase detta dallo Sciesa fu: "Mi soo nagott! Podi minga parlà, e parli no! Quel che è faa, è faa!".Un grande personaggio di Milano, un grande personaggio nazionale. Chi di noi, al suo posto, avrebbe reagito in questo modo? Credo in pochi.... |
