The Associates press is reporting that the show will enter into production with a smaller producing team, and writing team as well. Is this a way of cutting cost or a way to revive the slowly failing show.According to the Associated Press, "Executive producers Marco Pennette and James Hayman were let go from the Emmy-winning comedy-drama Monday, the same day the series was renewed for a third season."For the time being, "Betty," which is expected to produce at least four more original episodes this season, is executive produced by creator Silvio Horta, Salma Hayek and Jose Tamez.

First of all, I love the grey color of the dress. You'd think grey would look dowdy and dull, but on America, it shines. The asymmetrical shoulder combined with the mermaid silhouette of the dress come together with America's hair and makeup to create a vintage Hollywood look. Monique Lhuillier definitely know what she's doing, and that's why she's a designer to the stars.
