The other two evictees had their rightful place in the final 12 ripped away from them by distinctively below standard warblers. Antonella Barba and Jared Cotter were first to get the boot and they well and truly deserved it. Following them were Sundance Head and Sabrina Sloan who were quite frankly robbed by Sanjaya and Haley Scarnato. Now I don’t think either Sundance or Sabrina could have actually won the competition, far from it, but they at least deserved another week or 2 in the limelight. Both of them were severely let down by song choice this week, particularly Sundance, but in their defence, neither Haley’s or Sanjaya’s choices were any better. As with all these shows, the mindset of the voting audience remains a complete mystery to me. Here’s a quick rundown of all the performances and my subseque...
