Per i passeggeri coinvolti solo escoriazioni, in ospedale uno dei macchinisti ferito ad un gionocchio. L'incidente alle 7,40, lungo la linea ferroviaria Adriatica lo scontro è avvvenuto a bassa velcità fuori dalla stazione. Secondo le prime informazioni vi sarebbero alcuni passeggeri feriti che però avrebbero riportato solo delle escoriazioni, segno che, secondo i soccorritori, i due convogli viaggiavano a bassa velocità. 2007-02-07 02:57:02 On Tuesday afternoon, Terry Francona, Boston Red Sox manager, met with the media and discussed a few things. Most of the things he addressed were similar to what he said at the UCONN Baseball Pre-Season Dinner. Here is an excerpt from Francona’s remarks: Francona thought it was a “long shot” that Jonathan Papelbon would return to the closer role, though he hasn’t ruled it out completely: “I don’t see that happening. … If I had my druthers he’d be our closer but we have to respect the medical people’s advice. 2007-02-03 20:49:02 Terry Francona was in Hartford on Friday night to be the keynote speaker at UCONN’s annual preseason baseball dinner. But instead of telling you the details of the dinner, I’d rather point out these comments that Francona made (From the Hartford Courant). “I think our bullpen will dictate our success. We have a right to be optimistic, but we have to answer some questions. If we answer them successfully, this is going to be a lot of fun.” When asked about using a closer-by-committee approach: “The idea of using a guy in situations, on paper, is outstanding. In reality, you just can’t do it. You have to designate roles. We might be down a run or tied and we bring them in.
