It has just four rooms built in the old portuguese style / old goan style home, but the home looks directly into the Arabian Sea that is barely 200 metres away. The home overlooks a large lawn with coconut trees, and has an obstructed sea view. The famous Anjuna Flea market is a short walk away, and the sea is a short - oooooooops ! very very short walk away. You can literally walk out of the house and touch the water in 20 seconds flat (well, ok, 20 seconds if you are a world record holder in sprint). Considering the Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) rules of Goa, you will be able to restore this property but not build additional structures yet in the open space. However, you can develop an exquisite open air garden, say a wooden shack or an outhouse, perhaps an infinity pool. wow !!We dont have details of this house on our site yet, but watch this space. 2007-03-27 07:07:00 In a landmark judgment, the Lakhimpur Kheri Sessions Court on Monday awarded death sentence to Pawan Kumar, alias Monu Mittal, in the Manjunath Shanmugham murder case. The seven others have been sentenced to life imprisonment for conspiracy to murder. On Friday, District and Sessions Judge S M A Abidi had pronounced the eight accused as guilty under different sections of the IPC. Manjunath was working as a sales officer with the Indian Oil Corporation when he was shot dead in November 19, 2005. The Indian oil corporation's sales manager had challenged Mittal about the fuel adulteration at his pump and was about to fine him. That was when Mittal and his colleagues shot Manjunath and then hid his body."Justice has been delivered.
