I had been bothered by our neighbor's loud stereo bass noise at night for a few days and finally had enough and complained to our manager. The next day I was approached by the neighbor asking me why I complained. I thought that it was strange that they knew it was me. I told them that we need to sleep at night, especially on school/work days.They "seemed to understand"...that didn't solve the problem so again asked the manager to talk to them.
