I got out of bed, and because I cannot take Xanax, I decided to go take Benadryl. My husband stopped me and tried to calm me down, but the shaking, heart palpitations, not being able to catch my breath, tears, confusion, and indescribable fear and panic is gonna fuckin' kill me. I recently rented one of the vacant rental houses to a couple who seemed nice at first (but then they all do).After the couple decided they wanted to sign the lease, we met at the property to do a pre-move in walk through. They asked me if I minded if they painted the interior of the house. I said, Sure as long as the choice of color does not approach black. They laughed and explained that it would be an off-white.They also asked if they could paint the ceiling. Usually we paint the ceiling during rehab but we didnt because the roof needed to be replaced and if it had leaked, we would not have be en able to tell until the ceiling fell in. Another Warning Over Theft from the Elderly.
2007-05-16 14:00:00 More needs to be done to stop elderly people having their money stolen by those who are supposed to be caring for them, a charity has warned. Some 53% of theft, fraud and deception cases were blamed on the children of the victims. Houses were also sold or taken without the consent or full awareness of the elderly person.

2007-05-16 09:54:00 Of course, it is. Ford has decided to close another plant - the Cleveland-area casting plant which was treated as a client by the Ashtabula County manufacturers on the area. Ford officials announced the closure. This definitely means job cuts for the employees.The Ford Motor Company announced to discontinue the operation of their production plant in Brook Park this 2009. The company announced that over 1,200 employees will be eliminated. Ford also plans to close the engine manufacturing plant in the area after a year. The Ford Racing cold air intake is one among the car parts made in the mentioned facility."It doesn't appear to have an impact,? the executive director of Growth Partnership for Ashtabula County Joseph Mayernick said. He also added that the news should not be a hindrance to those industries that manufacture Ford parts.
