Through 9/15, Amazon has rebates of $50-$75 on two Apple Computers that it has in-stock. The 13.3" Apple MB402LL/A MacBook (2.1GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1GB memory, 120GB hard drive) is now just $1009 after this [1[$75 rebate, while the [2[Apple MB323LL/A iMac Desktop (20" display, 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1GB memory, 250GB hard drive) is only $1144 after a [3[$50 mail-in rebate. Most of the base prices are the same as Apple.com but, after the rebates and the absence of sales tax, some of the prices are well below what you'd normally pay (check out the [4[MacBook and the [5[iMac at Apple). Shipping is free with no tax (except NY, KS, ND, WA).

According to Microsoft, Mac Pro, Mac Mini, MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and iMac computers with Intel processors running XP SP2 may spit of the "Out of Disk Space" error message when the user will attempt to install Service Pack 3. "This problem occurs because a critical registry key (BootDir) is missing. This registry key is not created when Windows XP SP2 is installed by using Boot Camp on the Apple computers," the Redmond company informed via KB950716. "Apple has released an update to Boot Camp [version 2.1].
