Price: $1 CADI've been having a particularly harsh winter this year so have been on a tear trying out as many lip balms and skin creams I can get my hands on in an attempt to find the best product during these "wind-chill" times.I didn't have super high hopes on this product, but it was only $1, so I grabbed it anyway. On one hand, Aquafina does not make cosmetics, so how could they possibly make a great lip balm (or oil, as the case may be). According to Corporate Accountability International, a U.S. watchdog group, the world's No. 2 beverage company will include the words "Public Water Source" on Aquafina labels.
