Flashy Chestnut Arab, Warmblood mare
2008-06-07 04:47:00 Miranda is a flashy 15.1 hh Arabian/Warmblood mare with a flaxen mane and tail. Email me more pictures or a video clip of her. She has had some professional dressage training and goes on the bit and does lovely lateral work. She also has been started over low fences. She is also excellent on trail rides. Miranda is an excellent broodmare and has had 2 foals previously. She is currently open, but we could sell her with a breeding to our dark bay TB stallion. Miranda has been used for lessons with Intermediate level riders. She is being sold b/c we are cutting back our lesson program. She has done well in lessons, but I believe she would do best with a regular rider who could show her so that she could reach her full potential. Miranda is also quick and agile, so I believe she has good potential as a gymkhanna horse. The picture is of Miranda as a foal. I hope to get some more recent pictures of Miranda posted eventually.

Outstanding Arabian Gelding
2008-06-07 04:40:00 Laddi is a unique and beautiful Egyptian Arabian. He has been ridden by all level riders and has beautiful gaits. He has been ridden mostly on the trails and western, but his carriage is likely better suited to english as is the custom of an Arabian. He has been ridden in arenas and shown before I had him. You would never guess his 20 years when you see him. These photos were just taken this month. He truly would be an asset to any arabian enthusiasts and would make an excellent novice endurance or competitive trail rider. I have limited space where I board my horses and I would love to see Laddi with someone who could give him one on one love.

All Bay Arab. Wonderful trail and 4-h horse!!
2008-06-05 04:57:00 Dasani is a wondful gelding! Sadly must sell. Stands for vet and farrier, clips, bathes, trailers, everything!! He is a wonderful trail horse, will go over and through anything you ask of him. Or he'd make a wonderful show horse. He does need a little work with his canter in the ring, however he takes up the canter nicely on the trails. Dasani is a very calm horse for an arab, he hardly spooks, when he does its not a bad spooky, he stays in place. Would be willing to trade for a car. PLEASE EMAIL/CALL IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT HIM!! THANKS!

Very well broke with energy
2008-06-04 05:36:00 Registered but papers lost between owners. She is VERY well broke . Neck reins and has a nice slow lope. She was used for games and trails. Over night camping at the state parks. Has speed. Once you get her loping you need to hold her back to keep the speed you want or she will just go faster. She does not like to be left behind when riding with others or she will trot to keep up (side ways if she has to). She will ride alone also. She could probably be barn sour if you let her run home to much but if you dont she is fine. She tacks up and trailers great. No buck or spook in her. Just really responsive and has go. If you start her at a walk she will stay in a walk. Experienced riders only who have rode hotter horses to know how these horses tick. Boy is she PRETTY. 4 black and 4 white socks with a big blaze. Needs to be caught with grain if in a big pasture . Some times she has her moments though and lets me just walk up and pet her. We will be hitting the trails at the state ...

Sire is Kioraja (15.2hh), an SX Saladin Kiowan grandson, Fadjur, Serafix Gai-Adventure g-grandson. Dam is Debbani Al Hadiye (14.2hh) with Fadl, Turfa Sirecho breeding (old bloodlines). Elegant mare bred to BLACK SE Arabian for 2009 foal.
2008-05-29 02:43:00 Stormy has made the sales list because her filly this year is just outstanding! Her daughter TE Rebekia will be replacing S S Rafeekia in our herd. Stormy stands 14.3 1/2 (stick measured). She has a beautiful head, very nice long, clean neck. Straight, correct legs, nice shoulder. She has more of a sport horse type build. She is broke to ride but hasn't been ridden much in a couple of years mostly due to my growing family and her being a broodmare. She would need at least an advanced intermediate rider. She doesn't buck, rear or run-off. She just has alot of energy. I think she would make a WONDERFUL hunter/jumper with the right person. She is a dominate mare in a herd setting. She is a good mom, no foaling or breeding problems. She sells bred (will be bred next month) to a black, straight Egyptian Arabian, Ruminaja Raven (Qahtahn X MB Norassa) stallion for 2009 foal.

She is just too cute for words, and very sweet. Would make an incredible 4-H/Pony Club horse. She just needs to have her own 'little girl' to love on her. 2008-05-25 22:38:00 Sweepstakes. Gorgeous mare. Sweet mare. Ridden Western. Could go English. Loves attention. Super easy to work with. Easy to trim, worm, vaccinate. Leads, ties, loads well. Would make an excellant first horse for someone with some experience. Potential for 4-H. Nice pedigree. Sired by Jora Honey Ku(come on all you 80's Arab fans, you remember him!) and out of an Egyptian/Almarah bred mare with bloodlines to Ruminaja Attallah and Shaikh Al Badi. Currently being pasture exposed to my Sweepstakes Nominated Pure Polish Probat son. Her foal can be Sweepstakes and will be elegible for the Sport Horse National Pay Back Program. Baskfire Daughter
2008-05-25 22:09:00 This mare's pedigree screams English Pleasure! Her sire is the famous Bask son Baskfire who was not only a halter champion but also English Pleasure/Driving Champion. Her dam, Ambrstar is by the Pure Polish Champion Park horse Ambaryz (by Bask). Ambrstars dam was a heavily Crabbet bred mare by the gorgeous multi-Champion Don Amistad. Wonderful producer, proven black producer. 75 Polish. Beautiful movement, lovely head, Polish substance. She is the half sister to the stunning black Western Pleasure Multi-Champion SC Coalition. Another half sibling, Ambrlight (by Aladdinn) sold for 70.000.00 and was exported to Brazil. I believe this mare to be the only Baskfire daughter being offered to the public. She is one of a rare few Baskfire daughters currently producing foals. Currently being pasture exposed to my Sweepstakes Nominated Pure Polish Probat son with whom she has already produced black.

Dinosaur tracks found on the Arabian Peninsula
2008-05-24 08:50:00 For the first time dinosaur tracks have been found in our region. The tracks, which were left by a group of 11 plant eaters which traveled on all fours (sauropods) as well as a single dinosaur which travelled on two legs (an ornithipod) were found on mud flats around 50 km north of Sanaa in the Republic of Yemen. The Saurpods would have been 10-13 feet tall, making them about the same height as a bus - and probably longer than one too.The findings were revealed by researchers in a paper published on scientific site Plos One. The researchers believed that it was likely that further dinosaur tracks would be discovered in the area. However, there have yet to be any findings in Qatar!Qatar Visitor FriendsQatar JobsFind the best deal, compare prices and read what other travellers have to say about QatarTagsdinosaurs
