To Life premiered on the country charts this week at number 49, giving Arnold a charted hit in each of the last seven decades.Arnold's first hit was 1945's Each Minute Seems a Million Years and was followed by one of the most amazing chart runs of any genre. 67 consecutive top ten hits. 61 weeks at number one over a fourteen month period. 128 top forty country hits.His consecutive decade run almost came to an end at five (40's through 80's) until a duet with LeAnn Rimes on his own Cattle Call made it to number eighteen in 1999. It was his only hit of the 90's as, most likely, To Life will be his only hit of this decade.
