George Balanchine, on Sunday Morning CBS TV (May 23, 1993) My favourite show at the moment is "So You Think You Can Dance"... yea...LOVE IT. So the premise is based on this...a while bunch of kids going for auditions from the South East up to the North West into what become the final twenty dancers. I "Tivo" it so that I can watch it over and over again.... and "yes".... i cry while watching it...lol... it's true. I just love seeing the human spirit triumph....it's so uplifting. What I marvel most about is this... there are kids from all across America.... you guessed it...from all walks of life... and all cultural backgrounds... competing against each other. They come in all the different colors that you would find in a box of paint... and they cheer for each other, they support each other, they dance with each other...they hug each other.... It must be something about dancers.... Jessica and Will, Joshua and Katee...Com...

Just last week, one of my favorite bands, Coldplay, offered (for an entire week) a free download of their first single, "Violet Hill," on their main website. I think that this was an excellent marketing strategy to promote their new album, Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends. 2008-05-06 05:19:00 It seems that the latest trend to combat the illegal download epidemic infecting the music industry is to offer fans free music. Just last week, one of my favorite bands, Coldplay, offered (for an entire week) a free download of their first single, "Violet Hill," on their main website. I think that this was an excellent marketing strategy to promote their new album, Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends.
