Here's what I can't understand. Why does the City Of New York, aside from the fine, engage in what amounts to legalized vandelism of my private property by sniping my rear passenger, drivers side car window with a 12x12 garishly green neon sticker using industrial strength glue? Is that really necessary? Isn't it a little excessive? Is a fine not enough? Not in New York City my friends.

World's Fastest Limousine.Made from a Ferrari 360 Modena that is halved & stretched by 9.5ft with a section of hand-built carbon fibre. A 3.6 litre V8 engine gives a top speed of around 166mph (just 17mph less than the standard 183mph Modena) & it can go from 0 to 60mph in less than six seconds. It lost little of its performance because it weighs just 160kg more than the original 1390kg car. This 23ft long, the 400bhp vehicle has been equipped with an extra six seats & can carry eight passengers in total & the car gives an average of 15mpg on the motorway. It has a six speaker surround sound system & slimline DVD built in & apart from this, it has a 10-inch flat screen monitor between each pair of seats which relays images from cameras fixed on the outside of the vehicle.
