I had just upgraded to a quad-core Vista Ultimate box here in the office (Yeah Baby!) and last night plugged in my Logitech Quickcam. This morning I noticed there was an option to upgrade the software, so I did that, and in checking clicked on the fun effects tab for the first time. That's this image: From there you can add a video avatar, do real-time image processing, add face masks and other effects. It seems that Merlinox (the blogger who invented this hack) has either removed or relocated the script we were using to make the avatars appear in our Blogger blogs.
