Bár nem 2007-re esik a kiadása a lemeznek, de azért néhányan már élvezhetik Arjen Anthony Lucassen új lemezét, a soronkövetkezÅ‘ Ayreon eposzt. Ki Ãgy, ki úgy - gondolok itt arra, hogy már november harmincadik napján kiszivárogtatták -, de már sokan hallhatták a 01011001-et. Itt, a Crusade of Metalnál pedig karácsonyi ajándéknak szánjuk a kritikát róla - egy másik Ãrással együtt. Ilyen lemezzel idén nem találkoztam, amilyen a 01011001: lehengerlÅ‘, lebilincselÅ‘, és arra késztetett, hogy harmincszor lejátszam az egészet. Majdnem egymás után. Nem túlzok: a mostani pillanatig legalább harmincszor hallgattam meg a lemezt. 2007-12-01 22:12:00 Ayreon is a project by Dutch composer and musician Arjen Anthony Lucassen.Ayreon's musical style derives mostly from heavy metal and progressive rock, but combines them with genres like folk, classical and electronica to form what some call a completely new style of music. The majority of Ayreon's albums are dubbed "rock operas" due to the fact that the albums contain complex storylines featuring a host of characters, each represented by a unique vocalist.Ayreon's music is characterized by the use of traditional instruments in rock music (guitars, bass guitar, drums, synthesizers, electric organs) mixed with instruments more native to folk and classical music (i.e. mandolins, violins, violas, celli, flutes, sitars and didgeridoo). 2007-10-12 09:33:00 Bár még a megjelenés nagyon messze van - újabb egy hónappal tolták el, Ãgy már 2008. januárjában érkezik az újabb potenciális remekmű -, azért érdekes néhány szót ejteni a készülÅ‘ Ayreon albumról. A teljes énekeslista rendelkezésre áll már számunka, s meg kell mondanom, ez is egészen tekitélyt parancsoló, ahogy a The Human Equation-é volt. Bár most az énekeseket, zenekaraikat ismerve inkább power és symphonic metalból válogatott Arjen Lucassen, s kevésbé a prog stÃlusból, mégse mondhatom, hogy egyoldalú lesz, hiszen ez utóbbi stÃlus is képviselteti magát, illetve a sample-ök alapján sok más stÃlus is újra keveredni fog az Ayreon-vegyülettel. Az énekeseket, ahogy a korábbi albumon, a Flight of the Migratorön is, Arjen két részre osztotta: az egyik ilyen az Örök (Forever), a másik pedig az Ember (Man). 2007-04-17 17:47:00 Nuevo descubrimiento personal, esta banda está formada por el multiinstrumentista y compositor holandés Arjen Lucassen y en cada uno de sus discos cuenta con grandes nombres de los mejores grupos de la escena metálica, en particular del mundo del metal progresivo.Su música es básicamente metal progresivo, pero es un proyecto musical muy experimental, aderezado de tintes folk, electronicos, etc. Yo estoy escuchando su ultimo disco, The Human Equation, de 2004, que trata de una persona que sufre un accidente y cada canción muestra lo que le ocurre durante los 20 dias que está en el hospital. La verdad que es un gran disco, de una calidad musical brillante, y con colaboraciones tan importantes como la del cantante de Dream Theater James Labrie, entre otros grandes músicos.Bueno para conocer un poco más les muestro aquà un resumen del proyecto Ayreon de este gran músico que es Arjen Lucassen:En sus comienzos, siendo fanático del rock sinfónico, pero distinto de cualquiera, ...
