2007-08-04 17:20:00 Este postre os lo recomiendo porque es un a verdadera delicia y es muy sencillo de hacer.INGREDIENTES1 vaso de leche1/2 vaso de vino moscatel dulce4 yemas de huevo1 vaina de vainilla125 g. de azúcar6 láminas de gelatina1 tetrabrick pequeño (200g) de nata para montarCaramelo líquidoPartimos la vaina de vainilla a lo largo y con el cuchillo raspamos la parte de dentro para sacarle las semillas que es donde está todo el sabor.Ponemos el vaso de leche al fuego y le echamos las vainas de vainilla y todas las semillas. Cuando rompa a hervir apartamos del fueho y echamos el medio vaso de moscatel. Dejamos enfriar. Mientras tanto batimos bien las yemas con el azúcar. Giene que quedar de color pálido y muy esponjosas. Cuando la leche esté a temperatura ambiente la colamos y la añadimos a las yemas.Aparte, en un vaso de agua remojamos la gelatina durante unos minutos.Cuando esté bien tierna la escurrimos muy bien apretando con las manos y la añadimos a la mezcla. 2007-04-29 02:42:00 Ingredientes:200 ml de nata para montar (un tetra pequeño)180 g de azúcar100 g de chocolate500 ml de leche5 yemas de huevo (en la foto hay cinco, lo que pasa es que se me rompió una )2 vainas de vainilla6 hojas de gelatina1 copita de brandyDamos un hervor a la leche con la vainilla cortada por la mitad (a lo largo), sin dejar de remover.En una cacerola mezclamos las yemas con el azúcar hasta que queden esponjosasechamos la leche -ya templadita- colada poco a poco removiendo sin parar y ponemos la cacerola al fuego sin dejar de remover. Añadimos el chocolate y seguimos removiendo sin dejar que hierva, así hasta que espese.Retiramos del fuego y añadimos las hojas de gelatina ablandadas en agua y escurridas. Mezclamos bien y colamos. Añadimos media copita de brandy y dejamos que se enfríe removiendo de vez en cuando.
