Online report, their was acrimony (Brian Wilson and Jardine doing a short a cappella version of Help Me Rhonda) along with controversy (Love showed up late, prompting the judge to question whether he thought he was more important than the others).The original 2003 case stems from Jardine's use of the Beach Boys name.
