Well, it didn't seem to be enough to raise a smile on the face of our young Danish international, Nicklas Bendtner. While the team celebrated and enjoyed the end of a specatcular performance, Bendtner jogged away from goal, with not so much of the hint of happiness. Why? We all know Bendtner rates his own talent very highly. Nothing wrong with that, and although he has made a few comments to the media, there's nothing enormously controversial in there, especially when you compare it to, say, Jens Lehmann. If we can get at PSV the way did Reading for the first twenty minutes or so of the second half then we’ll have every chance to get the two goals we need to progress to the quarter finals. It was brilliant to see Freddy rolling back the years and roaming the flanks with intent and although he perhaps should have scored at the weekend he looks like a more likely source of goals from midfield than his colleagues at moment. The real dilemma for Le Boss is who to play up front. Theo looked lively in a more central role especially when the game opened up in the second half and the Beast continues to find himself in good areas but is still found a bit lacking in his touch and decision making.
