NEW LAW SUIT IN "BIGGIE" CASE
2007-04-18 12:15:00 TMZ reports that the family of Biggie aka Christopher Wallace has filed another wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles in connection to Biggie's death. The lawsuit is an addition to the suit filed in Federal Court years ago but the new suit (filed in a Los Angeles Court) has to do with state related claims.The lawsuit is from Big's mom, his widow (Faith Evan) and on behalf of his children. They are suing for an unspecified amount of money for general, compensatory and punitive damages. Christopher (Biggie) Wallace was killed in 1997 and the murder still has not been solved. The lawsuit is saying that two police officers were involved in Biggie's murder. We miss you Big. |
